I have been taking my IS250 to Lexus of Milwaukee & Lexus of Brookfield for years and can say that…read moretheir service never disappoints. I have had the pleasure of working with Mark and most recently Lane, both of which are stellar service advisors. I've never felt that unnecessary services were pushed upon me, every advisor and employee I have had contact with has ALWAYS gone the extra mile, staying in touch throughout the service process and after. Lexus of Milwaukee & Lexus of Brookfield will always earn my business. I would highly recommend and will always take my car to the now Napleton Lexus team. Thanks for all your effort team. You have a Lexus customer for life here.

Review of the service dept. I've used them when I thought I needed the Lexus experts for a repair…read more I have an old Lexus and a newer one. They suck. Used to be you drive into a repair shop and somebody would come out and look at your problem and discuss options and costs. Maybe a small charge to look for more difficult repairs. At this place you never see a mechanic or talk to one. You only talk to sales people who insists they don't get paid commission over and over but do get a "bonus structure" minimum $1000 - $5000 just to look at the car and give you an estimate. This for a new car I bought there less than four years ago. Then they come back with a misleading estimate where the thing you can in for is buried in a multi page document of "suggested repairs" of unlimited costs based on whatever they think you might believe or not know enough to question. Last time I was there I needed a new gas cap for my 20 year old lex. They charged $400+ to check what I already said I needed and sent me an estimate for $8000. #pass

I do like Educators Credit Union mostly because it's not one of those big awful three mega-banks…read morethat tanked our economy in 2008 and since then have been robbing the American public in the form of excessive fees and loan interest without mercy. This location has a great staff of friendly, efficient and able tellers. They have extremely limited contact during the pandemic which tells me they care about health and safety.

Educators Credit Union is a financial cooperative. We've been with ECU for about 9 years now. We moved from US Bank after getting nickel and dime on a monthly basis and extremely poor customer service. We read about ECU, came in to talk to them and walked out with our accounts set up. Friendly, outgoing and accommodating customer service each and every time we go there for whatever reason. We have multiple savings, checking and home improvement loan here and now most recently a short approval process to get a pre-approved auto loan in a few hours. We were then able to better shop for a car. I was also there to help my oldest build credit, working with a rep and asked if it was possible to have him order me new checks and he went in and did that within 30 seconds instead of pushing it off to someone else. What we like best is one of their programs. Debit and credit card holders can earn reward points. Every dollar we charge on our debit/credit card: Debit card "credit" transactions = 1 point for every $2 spent Credit card "credit" transactions = 1 point for every $1 spent Redeem points for discounts and promotions on Educators products and services, cash back, gift cards, air travel, and more. We use our points for hotel stays and take side trips with the kids. I can't stress enough how exceptional the customer service is. After all, banking is a service business, and ECU does a great job to earn your business. ECU started out operating under the guiding principle of "Not for Profit, Not for Charity, But for Service." They consistently deliver on that principle.
