And too top things off the virtual assistant comes in handy when needed. But today was different. I've been trying to have a car loan switched over to me for the longest, I decided to stop in today and speak with a professional for some tips or even advice. But no, I was helped with ALL of it. Jesus R Sandoval took care of me, I wasn't expecting to get the help I needed and to get the loaned switched over to me on the same day. It honestly made my day, week and possibly even my year. The staff is great, I now love this location. It's a five stars and a thumps up from me!

And their wire transfer fee is a freaking scam. Miguel qnd Yasmin are supervisors and both were entirely unhelpful at best and malicious at worst. I'm convinced the last time I got hacked through my account itself it was an inside job by an employee based on how they conducted fixing it. I just have no trust anymore for this bank, it's a mess.

I was bothered when we pulled up, long lines for the drive-through, parking lot at capacity, and inside, long winding lines for the teller windows. But there's this odd inviting community feel walking in, it seemed like everyone in line knew someone else in line, we were the only strangers in here. Most of the customers and all of the staff look African-American, I'm inclined to think that this is a real community bank (it's located in an African-American neighborhood). I've never had a problem with customer service at any Educators Credit Union branch, but this location is much friendlier and more efficient than the others. The tellers ran through the line so quickly, people suddenly at the front of the line had to be prodded to step up to the next available teller. But this efficiency did not subtract from friendliness, I don't think I've ever met nicer bank workers anywhere. Frankly, it was a little weird.

Used to be you drive into a repair shop and somebody would come out and look at your problem and discuss options and costs. Maybe a small charge to look for more difficult repairs. At this place you never see a mechanic or talk to one. You only talk to sales people who insists they don't get paid commission over and over but do get a "bonus structure" minimum $1000 - $5000 just to look at the car and give you an estimate. This for a new car I bought there less than four years ago. Then they come back with a misleading estimate where the thing you can in for is buried in a multi page document of "suggested repairs" of unlimited costs based on whatever they think you might believe or not know enough to question. Last time I was there I needed a new gas cap for my 20 year old lex. They charged $400+ to check what I already said I needed and sent me an estimate for $8000. #pass
