Both men were very tech and product savvy, friendly, and went out of their way to assist me with my T Mobile questions and tech support. Other carrier reps. may have sent me home to make phone calls on my own for the information, but Kody made the time to find just what I needed. They listened actively, answered my many questions, and provided me outstanding customer support telling me I can stop by anytime for help with my devices. How great to find such knowledgeable and helpful mobile phone company representatives! Clayton and Kody are the best.

Review - Verizon Store (Fraud Alert)…read more I went into this Verizon store on January 20th because my phone was not working properly. They were unable to fix the issue. While I was there, since my account is a business account, I was asked if I wanted help lowering the cost of my phone lines. I agreed. After leaving, I received my next bill and discovered that 10 additional lines had been added to my account at $72.18 EACH -- with no devices attached, just numbers. It was later confirmed by Verizon's fraud department that these lines were added by this store without my authorization. When I returned to the store to address the issue, the experience was completely unacceptable. The representative I spoke with, Dylan, was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. While I understand I was upset, his behavior was far beyond what should be expected from anyone in customer service. What's most frustrating is that during my initial visit, they had no problem accessing and working on my account -- yet when I came back to resolve a serious issue they caused, suddenly they "couldn't help." I've now spent hours on the phone with Verizon's fraud department trying to fix a situation that should have never happened. I believe in giving companies the opportunity to make things right -- but between the unauthorized changes to my account and the unacceptable treatment in-store, I felt it was important to share this experience. Decency and integrity go a long way -- both were lacking here.

Product uneducated, inept and lying employees. When their employees can't set up a phone after you have paid for it and you question it or their abilities, they ask you to leave therefore setting you up for trespassing if law enforcement was called, they have set you up to be charged. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE?? I went there in good faith with my phone to have the number transferred. They couldn't so they asked me to return the flowing day. Bottom line Martinsburg employees chased me to Winchester Va to resolve. Liars, no nothing about the product they're selling other than how to punch 10 digits on a keypad. The red-haired mullet haircut person in Martinsburg is a joke of a human being or a person in retail sales. The female in the store on 8/7 who said she would be there on 8/8 is as big a liar as red hair mullet boy. Verizon do better.

The girl helping me told me they were running a promotional where if I upgraded to the latest iPhone, I would get an Apple watch for only 99¢ a month. I signed up only to get home and figure out that the watch is billed as an additional phone line-- that's right, it's 99¢ a month for the hardware and $11 for a new line, so this "only 99¢" a month turned about to $12 a month-- for a watch! I went back and demanded my money back and they agreed, but then tried to charge me $50 for a "restocking fee." They apologized that I was misinformed about the promotional but I couldn't believe that an entire room of employees let my sales lady totally fleece me. Horrible service.
