We had a fantastic experience with Nick Alley from Dry Effect. He came in, gave a very thorough investigation, taught us a bunch about what to look for and how to prevent future issues. He gave us great options for both professional and home remediation approaches, and the pros and cons of each. Nick went way above and beyond helping diagnose one of the problems we found that looked like a water/mold issue, but that was actually unrelated. Something that they wouldn't make a penny on from fixing. We have since chased it down, and he was spot on with his diagnosis. It felt like a real partnership with a company I could trust. I am sorry if you need them, and I hope I never need them again. But if I do, I won't hesitate for a *second* to call them back in.

I plan on paying it The next day or this weekend as I have paid for a class directly after work. During the class my phone starts ringing, 2 calls, the second with a voicemail asking how am I going to pay, oh...and I don't accept mailed checks. 20 minutes or so go by and he starts texting, can I pay tonight and did you get the invoice...again, I received the invoice that afternoon. Oh, and the friendly reminder that he doesn't accept mailed checks. I think I got 4 text messages during my class. I think 3 hours is an unacceptable expectation for payment, especially when you don't accept standard methods of payment. There was no option for me to use a credit card or even send a payment directly from my checking account. Yes, they did a nice job at power washing, but no I would not recommend them. At this point I'm feeling harassed for payment on an invoice I received less then 24 hours ago. I will share this with home advisors where I got the recommendation of the follow up.
