No big deal you'd think, but they insisted on a structural engineer to come in and verify the roof structure. Seems odd for just replacing the drywall. They rejected the repair unless I had the structural verification. They insulted my intelligence with this because that is what I do for a living, but the documentation is horrendous. It would cost as much as the repair. I recommend you not use these people as the additional cost on their excuses to not do the work will multiply your expense. (ie. this was not covered by insurance)

One section still needs done. How dare I say," why didn't you do this, or why didn't you do that?" I shouldn't have to.! You never finished the job ! Of course you are not going to get the final 2900.00 dollars. Then hold the warranty hostage. Final payment not due until the job is finished.
