Some tech gave him the test and we never once saw an actual medical professional. Testing showed he was not allergic to anything at all. They collected my copay on the way out and I asked if that was all that I would be responsible for...and was told yes. Three weeks later I get a bill for almost $400 in the mail from them. I never found out anything about my son's issue. These people just want your insurance company's money for the allergy testing. The reimbursement they get from your insurance company is huge. They do not actually treat or help the patient. Save your money!!! Go elsewhere.

I learned so much about the structure and function of my ears and their parts, got to see my ear drum, and was surprised how well I heard in their special, sound-proof testing room. I was told how best to encourage ear wax to exit the ear with ease and learned about adjustable loop ear plugs to help reduce background noise. Both women were very gracious and service oriented. I wasn't unhappy at first - the hearing aids seemed to be fine but it was the middle of covid so I…read moredidn't get a chance to test them out properly. I paid $4000 for them so it wasn't unreasonable for me to hope or even expect something that worked well. When my hearing aids started not working so well for me I was blamed for the problems and told to wear them for 16 hours a day. I did this for several months. There was no improvement. Then I thought my hearing was deteriorating but I wasn't 'allowed' a retest. I had to wait a full year. After the retest the hearing aids were reset but they were much worse. I wasn't 'allowed' a copy of my audiogram (no one is). I went to a proper audiologist who conducted a proper exam and fitted me with hearing aids that work. Heaven. Summary I couldn't be unhappier with my experience with Miracle Ear. 1. Miracle-Ear are hearing aid technicians - they are not audiologists. They cannot diagnose any kind of issues with your ears. They are not trained to do fine tuning of hearing aids to suit individual users needs. 2. Miracle-Ear limit access - they will not give you a copy of your audiogram (hearing aid test) and will only test on their schedule. 3. Miracle-Ear are as expensive as proper audiologists - you will pay $4000-$6000 or more for an inferior quality of service and care. 4. If you have any kind of complaint or issue after the '30 day trial' you are on your own. Yup ... Buyer Beware

I got a jury duty summons and she refused to give me a note excusing from duty without coming in for another complete exam. They don't take my insurance and it is an hour drive from my house. She's just trying to sell me another hearing aid which is why she wants to get me back in the office. They work on commission. She also has been very rude to me several times in the past. I finally quit going there about a year ago.
