I now go to sell my home and Allied had been accruing LATE FEES EVERY SINGLE MONTH. I have every single mortgage statement to prove I was never alerted as to late fees being accrued. I have to pay $352 in late fees when I was NEVER told my 2x a month payments were being registered as late. They are AUTO WITHDRAWN and never late. I have been on the phone for hours today trying to get them to drop the fees in time for me to close on my home and no one can get it done. It's very frustrating that they are so willing to charge me late fees.
