All My Sons Moving & Storage

I've read all the horror stories from disappointed All My Sons customers, but for several reasons I…read moreused them for my latest move. My experience started on a sour note. We confirmed a move date (a Saturday, busiest day of the week for moving) and waited all day for the crew to show up. They never came. ASM said they had truck problems and several staff no-shows. We had phone calls with several agents, and changed the move to the following Monday. The last agent promised make us top priority. Thankfully we weren't under pressure to a hard deadline. On Monday the crew showed up right on time. They were skilled, careful, and unusually speedy. We were loaded up and moving into our new space within the hour. Everyone of the guys were friendly, communicative, professional, and best of all, respectful. There weren't any work breaks, lazy team members, or excuses. Overall, it was a great experience for us, despite the delay and having to work out the details with several different agents, and I'm happy to endorse All My Sons for our move.

I would not use All My Sons of Chattanooga again…read more I hired them for a local intrastate move (10 minutes down the road) in December 2025 and specifically warned them about higher-value furniture. Several pieces were damaged, including a natural-stone table they broke completely, a black oak console that was significantly gouged and scraped, and a desk with pieces missing (along with many other, smaller damages). The stone table was particularly concerning because the broken portion had been placed back into position, concealing the damage until after delivery. I had purchased enhanced protection coverage and filed my claim on time. The claims process involved repeated escalation and poor communication, and the offers I received were substantially below what I believed the damaged furniture was worth. The dispute eventually went to arbitration, and I was awarded a small amount that wasn't even enough to replace the table. I have received the payment, so I am not saying they refused to compensate me. I am saying that it took arbitration to reach that resolution, after a very frustrating claims process. They insist the process take place in Texas (headquarters) instead of locally, so I'll let you guess why that may be. If you use this company, photograph everything beforehand and read the protection and arbitration terms very carefully. I personally would choose a different mover.

Great Staff and Reliable Service…read more I've had consistently positive experiences with PostNet. The staff is professional, efficient, and always helpful. I ship packages through them nearly every week and have used a variety of their services, and they have never let me down. Everything is handled accurately and on time. Highly recommend for dependable shipping and business services.

Dropped a package on a Friday afternoon with a specific need to have it delivered by Monday. I told them it was urgent. They said it would arrive Monday. Great! As I walked out the door after the transaction, the clerk said "oh it looks like FedEx picked up for the day already." Ah, well that would have been nice before we completed the transaction, but I understood, assuming the timing wouldn't change, as I clearly articulated my needs. Fast forward to Monday. My client called me on Monday worried that the tracking wasn't working. I called PostNet. It's still in their store. No pickup. "We told you that we missed pickup," Joanne, the "manager" said. "You didn't tell me it wasn't going to be delivered on time. I assumed you would be open tomorrow. That would have been nice to know," I said, clearly frustrated. She was annoyed and wasn't having it. Zero empathy. Sorry not sorry. Blamed me for not listening. F-bombs were exchanged. Yup, both ways. She was a delight. I later apologized for getting frustrated. She refused to apologize, so there's that. She told me I needed to listen better. Oh and this was in front of another employee and customer at the copy machine. I took my package back on Monday morning and went down the road to UPS Store. It was cheaper and faster, and they didn't yell at me, so that's always a plus. I love small business. I'm a business owner myself. Mistakes happen. But be accountable, and if a customer is upset because of a miscommunication, empathy goes a long way. Maybe don't tell them to "F-off?" Just a suggestion.
