Most managers don't have any idea what they're doing and only care what their supervisor tells them to do. I have had notifications that I have packages delivered to my mailbox and when I check, there is no package. This has happened to me 4 times in the last 4 months. I received a notifacation today and there is no package in my mailbox. I am assuming that this medication that I need. There is no way to get in touch with someone so thry can contact the carrier and have him return and check the other mailboxes in the rediclous group boxes and get my medication. you cannot even leave them messsage to call you back. This "service" from this USPS station has cost me money and time to try and reorder items that were one of kind gifts or reorder my medications. The only respnce from the clown they call the stsion manager is O-well!! In a sane society, these incompitent people would be umemployed!!!!! I gave this location a 1 only because I couldn't I can't give anything lower!!!!!

I have come here with complaints about my mail delivery and they were very professional and kind, addressing the problems sincerely and telling me how to take the next steps. I always come here to mail my international letters and packages. The line moves quickly and they are open later than some of the surrounding offices. Sign on the window states the lobby is open until 6pm, but the staffed help desk closes at 5pm.

I go to this location because it's closest to our house and I can walk if I want …read more This location has a do it yourself kiosk where you can do flat rate , priority mail,buy stamps . The supplies for priority or flat rate are always stocked along with address labels if needed. They also have post office boxes for rent . The lobby is normally clean and today wasn't any different. Today though I was slightly taken back when I walked into the lobby to use the kiosk and noticed people sleeping in the lobby and sitting by the post office boxes. I will say this those that were awake kept to themselves &didn't ask for money or even blink an eye at me while I was mailing my packages. Piece of advice bring your own pen because there are none ! I'm not sure if the post office removed them or someone ripped them off the chain their normally attached to. The post office does follow the CDC guidelines. Even though the post office was closed I kept my mask on while using the kiosk. (I was the only one in there mailing late Christmas packages.)

Demands that I tape the package myself and that I have to pay $4 to tape the box. Worker states that he can not print a shipping label that I already have and wanted me to purchase different shipping since he can't print it. (Went to the library next door and printed for 10 cents..) If my customer had not have pre chosen the shipping carrier I would not deal with this usps. Worker did proceed to be appropriate for the elderly lady after me though so I guess that is the positive. Wish he could have been appropriate with healthcare workers :/
