The 37214 Donelson USPS Branch has been my home post office since 1990, the staff here is always Helpful, Knowledgeable, Calm and Kind, I have never felt that anyone of the employees here were about to go Postal on me. I just don't understand why they are so rude here. Why they have to make you feel dumb. I go in every time thinking it'll be difference. I'm as pleasant as can be yet they are still assholes. I see the people in front of me getting treated the same way. It's almost like they are yelling at us for being so stupid. How dare us for not affixing the label correctly, how dare us for not using the credit card machine correctly, how dare us for stepping foot in their place of work and bothering them. It's your job to guide us. We all have jobs. We all work hard for a living. If you came to our place of work, we'd be happy to assist you. There's never an excuse for being flat out rude to any human being. Don't take it out on us if you hate your job. read more

This place is pathetic. Well I was supposed to have 2 packages delivered, the sender forgot my apt. Number so when I tracked it, it said package was undeliverable....okay I guess leaving it with the office was too much but okay. So I went online and rescheduled delivery TWICE and it was never delivered! So I go to The post office to inquire about it in person and the lady said that she would take my name in number and call me when the package was discovered. So five days later still no package still no word so I call to the post office and the lady on the phone tells me that there are more than 100 packages that need to be returned to sender and that one of my packages may be in the pile. WTF!!!! I still don't have my packages to this day. read more

Terrible post office.. I cannot believe our tax dollars pay for this service or lack there of. My mail is never delivered and is often returned. My packages never make it to my address and my sent mail almost never makes it to its destination. I have been there on several occasions and the employees there are very rude. I currently have a lost package with a tracking number which was delivered to the wrong address.. They told me to contact who i bought it from and have it resent.. I asked, so the postal worker who delivered it to the wrong address"possibly their friend" gets to keep my package? This makes no sense to me. They know where it was delivered and cannot simply get the package back... read more

I got an index card in my p.o.box. Written on it parcel pickup. On the back is the last 4 numbers of my p.o.box. I have called 10 times today to find out if there is a package for me to pick up. No one answers the phone. WTF They go up on postage and this is the service customers get. I don't want to drive fifteen miles to find out if there really is a package. Plus take the chance of having to stand in line and wait to be waited on. There is usually only one clerk waiting on customers. They need to get their act together. read more

Usually wouldn't care enough about something to give a company a bad review but 2 times in one month my packages have been delayed because they said my mailbox was blocked... When there was literally nothing in front of my mailbox. I went to the post office when my tracking info told me to pick it up (since my mailbox was "blocked") and had to deal with the such an unfriendly woman who told me it was on the truck out for delivery.... So maybe I'll eventually receive my order. read more

Did not forward mail, did not answer phone (called 8 times to inquire about missing mail). I had to drive an hour to personally track missing mail. The lone worker was friendly until I told her my issue. Then I had to wait along time for a supervisor who was equally unhelpful. Very poor service. read more

Let me start by saying if there was an option for zero stars, then they would have got it. I paid for a package to be overnight to me in February, however, I didn't get it. This package was coming from Kentucky and was to arrive in Nashville, TN. Not only did the package not come, I called and the person I spoke with over the phone stated that it had arrived back at the post office because the driver said the resident was vacant. Side note: I've lived here for 2 years. Anyway the lady told me I could pick it up from the post office on Donelson pike the next day. I went to pick it up the next day and it was gone, the package had been shipped back to the sender in Ky. Now at this point I am very upset I spent $25.50 for overnight for a reason, instead I had to drive to Ky to pick up my package. I filed a claim and proceeded to take action for a refund. I spoke with a lady who was rude and hung the phone up on me, then someone telling me I have to speak with a post master, then after speaking with a post master he tells me I have to speak with the post master in KY. After weeks of the back and forth I decided to write a review. Today is 4/22/19 and my problem has not been resolved. A lady just called and stated that I would need the original receipt from when the overnight package was purchased, as if I still have that. I will NEVER use them again. read more
