Walgreens Pharmacy Personnel Customer Service and efficiency Sucks!…read moreI had never made or said a negative comment about anyone's customer service, but these people went over board. Anyone can make a mistake, own it and move on. We, after all, are humans. I placed a prescription to be filled. Walgreens called me when it was filled. I went a couple of days later. I was told that it needed to be filled out, I was surprised but ok, I waited. 1 1/2hr Was told that the new card for 2024 was invalid or not activated. That they were calling insurance offices to confirm, that perhaps I should come back another day. I was there, the tech was not calling anyone!! total lie!!!. There is only one insurance office to call. What actually happened: Walgreens made the mistake of filling out the wrong med.! Instead of saying the wrong med was filled out, they gave me the reason that the Insurance Card was not activated and to come back another day. (I had called insurance company from home to make sure all would be set) I went to my car and called insurance company again and that's when the insurance company told me that the wrong med was filled and that is why the Insurance company declined the authorization. It was too soon for that particular med to be refilled. Insurance company called in my behalf to straighten it out and the Pharmacy Tech, declined to answer the phone calls claiming she was too busy. I WAS THERE , SHE WAS NOT THAT BUSY to answer the phone and have the matter cleared. A manager with a sour attitude came out shouting at me that they were filling out the correct prescription.. I'm an educated person, I resented how this manager addressed me. Obviously her team's attitude reflects hers. By now 3 hours had elapsed. I walked out without any med. I do not recommend this pharmacy. BEWARE! Apparently their parents forgot to teach them, kindness, empathy for the sick , and honesty.

I didn't browse produce or anything like that as I was mainly shopping for some starter home goods (trash bags, hand soap, sponges, toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, night lights, cleaning supplies, broom/dust pan, dish soap, laundry supplies... you get the point) but I'll be in town again soon to do some major grocery shopping and stocking of his new pantry/home.

I have changed my oil myself and it has been done numerous times at the Ford dealership so I know what the right size filter fits on my V8 truck. They are too lazy to go inside the store for the right size and put a small unauthorized one on my truck. Walmart also does false advertising because they claim that you get a free Fram oil filter with their oil change options. However, if you look at your receipt, they give the option price and then charge you for the filter . Yes, my vehicle uses a motorcraft 820S filter or a Fram ph2.
