After they came to my apartment and inspect the packages, they asked me for 100 dollars to ensure the space, and i gave it to them. At night, i talked to my parents about this, and they asked me to stay in the same apartment for the next year. I called them back to tell them the situation. i felt sorry so i told them that i would give them 20 dollars to compensate their time. They said ok. But on the day they came, they told me 20 dollars is not enough, i need to pay them 30 dollars. I asked them why? They said that was the charges of inspecting the packages. That was ridiculous! They neither mentioned the inspecting charges on their website nor they told me about the charges at the first time. This was really unacceptable. i asked them why didn't you mention that on our first meeting or on the website. Instead of answering my question, she said that she was originally going to charge me 40 dollars. 30 dollars is after a discount. In the meanwhile, she keeps insulting me on my race, and told her partner that i have bad habits that all people in my country had. LOL. TOO RIDICULOUS!!! If you are doing standard items then you can judge the price, but something that doesn't fit in the normal description will be marked up by a lot and they won't tell you when they pack it. Only later when they have it stored they will tell you.
