Meh. Machines struggled somewhat to handle the volume, some of the yogurt came out soupy as well. The service was poor too, considering she didn't welcome us when we walked in and just stood at the register the entire time. In comparison, BTO in Flagstaff has much better machines, flavor options, and infinitely better staff. If someone else decided to start a different frozen yogurt franchise in Page, it wouldn't be hard to compete with this place and beat it into submission. read more

The fro-yo at U-Swirl was watery, didn't taste good, and was extremely overpriced. The restaurant was not clean in the slightest. It was $0.69 per ounce--which is totally unreasonable given that the smallest cup (the kiddie cup) was 16 ounces, plus the weight of the fro-yo and toppings. Paying $11 per cup for bad fro-yo is absolutely unreasonable. Do yourself a favor and get ice cream somewhere else. read more

Considering going to U-Swirl Frozen Yogurt? Instead, locate the nearest rusty faucet, wet one of those brown paper towels, and you'll have yourself the equivalent of an $11 U-Swirl chocolate fro-yo. If I could give zero stars for this place, I definitely would. My family and I had spent a long day on the road and wanted nothing more than a cool, refreshing treat. What we got instead was extremely overpriced (almost $44 for three medium cups and one kiddie cup with no crazy toppings), watery yogurt. Now, let's talk about hygiene. The store itself, though it had zero customers, and therefore plenty of time for the two employees to clean up, was disgusting. There was a layer of filth on everything, and the toppings were splayed about, all mixed with each other. As if this, in combination with the astounding $44 tab, weren't enough, we went outside to eat (no indoor seating) and the one table they provided customers almost made me throw up due to how dirty it was. To make it worse, my husband had asked the young person working about using the restroom, and he was told that they were partners with the Subway next door, and we could use theirs. This, evidently, was news to the Subway, as after my husband and kids used the restroom, the angry Subway employee stormed out the door yelling at them. read more

Very turned off by the customer service. Yogurt was fine, but definitely won't be returning. Girl at the register sat on her stool and watched the movie behind her the entire time. The man working was eating the yogurt in front of the customers and picking toppings out with his fingers. Doors were also wide open, which is against food health laws because of the open food containers and the possibility for insect contamination. Avoid this place at any cost! The froyo is completely made out of food coloring. They do not even have the original tart. The yogurt is very watery and the toppings are not fresh at all! Should have gone to Safeway next door for ice cream. We got melon, strawberry, and chocolate. All these are just wrong with weird and freakish artificial flavors. I want to use my Entertainment Coupon yesterday (6/16/2019) that offer $5 All You Can Fill (16 oz. Cup). After I filled up my cup, the very rude owner or manager refused to accept stating they did not placed those offers. When asked again, he said those offer was expired May 30. Big Liair! Upon showing my App that was good till 6/17/2019. This place are very dishonest operation. They attract people over but refuse to honor any coupons of their own. I could have dumped the cup and walk away, but my kids paid for me as Father's day gift. They paid more than $16 for that 16 oz cup, the most expansive cup we ever paid! I had diarrhea all day after eating those frozen yogurt. It is a filthy place! Eat those expansive stuff at your own risk! read more

The yogurt itself is great, the problem is they were out of several of the flavors so the options were limited. It was disappointing for the chocolate to be one of the flavors that was out. I'm not sure if this was just an off day for them, but they were down to only 2 flavors when I left. That being said - what they did have was good. read more

My family and I love going to U-Swirl. Everything always looks so clean and fruits look so fresh all the time. The service is great! My kids love to watch the movies that they are playing. Good service. Clean environment. Family friendly. I guess the only downside is that they keep raising their pricing. Other than that, yogurt is delicious and the service is great! read more

We weren't happy with it. Strange place, weird flavor that seemed artificial, as well as weird toppings that looked like they bought them at the local dollar store- animal crackers..frosting covered cookies? I don't know, just plain jenky. We were given a choice of Annie's Pretzel cup, a regular plastic cup or an ICEE polar cup, hah!! Definitely sketchy.
