    BISTRO STEAK SANDWICH

Delicious food and warm & friendly service! My husband and I stopped in while visiting from out of town. The ambience was warm and welcoming. Our server, Mat, was super nice and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The Bistro Steak sandwich was delicious, and the beer was perfect. Compliments to Mat for making us feel so welcome. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed dining at Grand Canyon Brewing. We were visiting from NC and waiting for a show. I got the prickly pear wheat ale. It was good, but I didn't really taste any prickly pear flavor. We also got a burger and a veggie lover pizza. They were both delicious and had leftovers for the next day. We sat at the bar and had excellent service and friendly people all around. The atmosphere was lively and we'd definitely go back again.

Visiting from CO stopped by GCB for some grub and brews. Solid food menu, happy hour, the building is so spacious and staff was great. If you can get Matt for your table he's awesome and hilarious! I got a veggie pizza with vegan mozzarella. This Za had a Dense crust with nice crisp, freaking loaded with veggies and a finish of fresh chopped basil.. Like you better open dat pie hole of yours' extra wide. A 14inch Za new born baby with a net weight of 1 to 1.5kg at minimum , I wish I could have known for sure as I consumed all of it because I'm not a quitter and life is short. If you're stopping in Page this spot is an ABSOLUTE must. Until next time keep kicking ass GCB and well done!

Stopped at the brewery after an afternoon of visiting Glen Canyon Dam area. Brewery had a very nice brewpub feel with many games available for patrons. Pizza was excellent and the beer was cold and fantastic. Bartender was knowledgable with the food and beers as well.

We wrapped up a long day exploring Page with a stop at Grand Canyon Brewing & Distillery, and it was absolutely the right choice. The food was great with lots of options, so everyone in the family found something they enjoyed. The ambience here is fantastic -- great lighting, plenty of space, and lots of fire pits that make the atmosphere warm and inviting. It strikes the perfect balance between lively and relaxing. The servers were friendly and attentive, adding to the overall positive vibe. If you're looking for a spacious, welcoming spot to unwind after a day of adventure, this place is a must-visit. Great food, great drinks, great atmosphere. Perfect end to a Page adventure!

    Fried raviolis! Most excellent!

First day of the Page Balloon Regatta down in the books and my wife and I decided to visit this restaurant! We have been to the Williams AZ location, where he was an good experience, and we went to the Page AZ restaurant for some good food and drinks! We were greeted by the hostess and were immediately seated inside. The restaurant/brewery/distillery is a wide open floor plan with a large square bar, a video game area, and a large dining area with huge tables! We ordered the fried raviolis as an appetizer. They arrived quickly and were piping hot. The raviolis were served with ranch dressing and marinara sauce. The raviolis were delicious. We ordered the supreme pizza along with the Cesar salad. The Cesar salad is large enough for two people, possibly three if your group isn't into grazing. The salad was tasty and the Cesar salad dressing was very good. The supreme pizza was really good and is your typical Arizona style pizza ( thick rim and super thin crust. Makes it floppy and a mess). The pizza was tasty and is enough for four people, especially after appetizers. What is cool about this place is that the soda and water is self serve. You don't have to wait for the server to fill ya up. The staff is friendly and attentive. Why four stars? The Arizona style pizza. Thicken up the crust and it'll be five stars all day. I didn't have any beer this time (I was driving), but the beer style selection will satisfy whatever your type of beer is. There also have drinks made with their whisky, gin, and vodka. The drink menu looked well balanced. Definitely a place to visit in in Page AZ, and looking for a brewery style lunch or dinner!

I had a short trip in Page and wanted to try this place out since I was craving a beer and some brewery food. I have to say the vibe here felt strange, like the most typical brewery you could imagine. If you were to type "brewery" into an image generator, it would spit out an image of this place. That was kinda harsh, but yeah it's your typical brewery vibe. The beer here was really good. The prickly pear wheat was by far my favorite, and everyone at my table thought the same. The food was also tasty. We ordered most of the appetizers and I would say the apps were much better than the mains. Some standouts included the giant pretzel and the fried ravioli, both were really tasty. I also thought it was funny how the fried pickles were cut longwise, not like chips. We also got the cheese curds, but would definitely recommend the ravioli over these. For mains I had the grilled chicken sandwich. Was a bit sad the onions were raw and not sautéed, but oh well. Overall it was a decent sandwich, but not nearly as good as the apps. I also had some of the pizza, and would not recommend. Definitely a great place for beer and some light bites, but nothing special when it comes to the main dishes.

Maybe we have more expectations from a brewery since we live in San Diego and have such awesome brewery options, but we were disappointed by our experience here. To begin at the very start, they have quite a bit of parking, which is great. We also got seated right away. The brewery had an open floor concept, high ceilings, TVs everywhere, so definitely a brewery vibe. Once we got seated, things got slow. We didn't get a server for a while. Turns out that there was only one person taking orders (on a Sunday night which got busier as time went on) and they got stuck with a large party. The menu is mostly sandwiches/burgers and pizza. They have some apps and salads. We would have liked more options or at least more creativity with the burgers and the pizza options. I wanted chili, which they didn't have, so I went with a bowl of the Italian wedding soup, which was the soup of the day. My husband took the pulled pork burger. I got a prickly pear mule, which my husband got one their draft Core American Pilsners. The soup was very good and just what I needed for a coldish evening when I was dealing with a URI. It was a perfect combination of the meatballs, pasta and chicken broth. The pulled pork sandwich was dry and had onion rings in it, which we found weird. It was also a big burger and pretty much impossible to eat altogether. The beer was decent. The mule was actually pretty good. They gave us the bourbon cheesecake on the house. The cheesecake itself was good. It came with blueberry compote which I think had the bourbon, chocolate sauce and caramel sauce. We liked all 3. Our price tag was around $50 including drinks. I think it is decent for a tourist town but we expected better quality of food. It was also obvious that there were around 3-4 overworked employees and at least 2 employees who were just standing around. That could something the management could look into.

While waiting to charge the truck, stopped in for some reprieve and what a treat. This place is wonderful with great decor, floor plan and staff (shout out to Tiffany )!!! She was a delight to chat with, gave awesome service and made our respite enjoyable. They even have gluten free options on their menu and the Tiffany makes are !! They even have video games in pinball upstairs for the kiddos as well. This is definitely a one-of-a-kind enjoyable stop for family, friends, and everyone.!!

We got a beer flight and they were all delicious

We stopped here on our way from horseshoe Bend. We were short on time so we sat at the bar. They have a great selection of beer. We ordered cauliflower wings and chicken strips. They were both delicious and service was great.

The service here was phenomenal. I will definitely be coming back here with my mom when we make a trip back to page. If you are ever in the area to see horseshoe blend or anything, I would recommend stopping by and grabbing a bite I devoured my steak sandwich and my grandma loved her pork sandwich. I even got some of their merchandise as a souvenir.

Went inside and to the bar where we were acknowledged by "looking for the menu, it's up above" and sure enough it is affixed to the wall above the bar. I gave my order to the husband while I went to the lady's restroom. The lady's restroom was clean and orderly with 2 stalls and sufficient supplies. Husband says the same or similar regarding the men's room. Came back and went to the table the husband had picked out. I went over and then veered to the condiments bar. Picked up napkins, plastic silverware, mayo and mustard. Husband had ordered a bacon cheeseburger and fries for him and a salad plus chicken for me. Each agreed to glasses of water. Husband said the fella behind the bar was a nice young guy. Visited just a bit, then the food was brought to us. The burger looked good as well as the fries. Not sure if the husband didn't want catsup or if it wasn't available. The salad was filling and good with lettuce, a small bit of diced red onion, quite a bit of diced celery, and some tomato atop a bed of ribbon sliced lettuce. We ate and looked around, we couldn't see the chef and the bartender had gone to deliver drinks to a people on the outdoor deck. Oddities: 2 salad dressings avail: Ranch or Italian? Cheese on salad was chopped sandwich/burger type. Overall: Limited menu with the basics of what you'd want to quickly grab - burger, a couple sandwiches with a wrap option, chips or fries, and this garden salad. People we encountered were not friendly nor unfriendly, we were unknowns in the golf clubhouse. It was all even toned ride while we rode the wave. All was cool.

There is one couple finishing up and my friend and I in the place. She asked about drinks and I ordered a soda. When I looked at the menu, I realized that the flat Mountain Dew was costing $5. They did replace it and it was fizzy the 2nd time. It was served in a plastic cup....there were condiment holders on the tables....the fast food restaurant kind with sugar and ketchup packets in it. No salt or pepper. We ordered pretty dang expensive food. Now we are the only ones there so you would assume it would be piping hot and fresh. I can tell you it was the worst burger I have had in a long time!! It was supposed to be 1/2 lb. (Not that I wanted it but that was all they had) and it was smaller than a McDonald's quarter pounder. They advertise extra crispy fries that were sort of crunchy but super pale like they weren't really cooked. Thinking they might be microwave fries. Nothing was hot...in fact barely warm. The cheese wasn't melted. Mushrooms were cold. VERY disappointing. Taste was not good. Needless to say mine is going home to chickens. My friend got the fish and chips. Same weird white fries. And meat that looked kind of like chicken fried steak....we think it was fish. They had no tartar sauce so brought a giant dish of Italian dressing. Hers was also barely warm. Drinks were never topped off. The one girls working ( she may have been the cook too?) was friendly enough and polite. She was the best thing the place had going for it. Save your money and get that $19 burger and white fries down the street. Heck even fast food is served hot. Too bad. The atmosphere could be fabulous. This was fancy restaurant ambiance, prices and nothing else. Sad really....but my advice would be DON'T EVEN BOTHER.... Dam Bar is down the street and they never disappoint!!!!
