I was really excited to give this place a shot and I'm glad we did although I do have a few notes I'd like to make. The restaurant has lots of seating and feels very laid-back and great for the end of a long day on the lake. I had one of the craft beers, Camp fire kolsch, which was delicious. For food I got the Hot Honey chicken sandwich, grilled- which was fantastic. We ordered a side of fries as the burgers do not come with fries. As for service, our server was very to-the-point, not quite friendly but not rude. It was okay for me because I was ready to be done for the day, but most of our party didn't feel welcomed by our server's attitude and we're all generally easy going. We paid our bill with cash, when our server came back with the receipt he dropped it with us and left with the change. I try to make a point of tipping generously, at least 20% but I'm not really okay with someone helping themselves to a 40% tip. He came back after a few minutes of us sitting there (wondering if he forget or really took off with our change) and gave us our change- we still left 20% for him because maybe it was just a forgetful moment... We really enjoyed dining at Grand Canyon Brewing. We were visiting from NC and waiting for a show. I got the prickly pear wheat ale. It was good, but I didn't really taste any prickly pear flavor. Visiting from CO stopped by GCB for some grub and brews. Solid food menu, happy hour, the building is so spacious and staff was great. If you can get Matt for your table he's awesome and hilarious! I got a veggie pizza with vegan mozzarella. This Za had a Dense crust with nice crisp, freaking loaded with veggies and a finish of fresh chopped basil.. Like you better open dat pie hole of yours' extra wide. A 14inch Za new born baby with a net weight of 1 to 1.5kg at minimum , I wish I could have known for sure as I consumed all of it because I'm not a quitter and life is short. Updating my review from a year or two ago. Last time I mentioned the food was decent, this time around it was exceptional. Loved literally everything, we ordered close to 10 items to share across the table. Everything was correct, steaming hot and all around great. Marcus, the GM, was another highlight. Great work to their management team in making a memorable experience. First day of the Page Balloon Regatta down in the books and my wife and I decided to visit this restaurant! We have been to the Williams AZ location, where he was an good experience, and we went to the Page AZ restaurant for some good food and drinks! We were greeted by the hostess and were immediately seated inside. The restaurant/brewery/distillery is a wide open floor plan with a large square bar, a video game area, and a large dining area with huge tables! We ordered the fried raviolis as an appetizer. They arrived quickly and were piping hot. The raviolis were served with ranch dressing and marinara sauce. The raviolis were delicious. We ordered the supreme pizza along with the Cesar salad. The Cesar salad is large enough for two people, possibly three if your group isn't into grazing. The salad was tasty and the Cesar salad dressing was very good. The supreme pizza was really good and is your typical Arizona style pizza ( thick rim and super thin crust. Makes it floppy and a mess). The pizza was tasty and is enough for four people, especially after appetizers. What is cool about this place is that the soda and water is self serve. You don't have to wait for the server to fill ya up. The staff is friendly and attentive. Why four stars? The Arizona style pizza. Thicken up the crust and it'll be five stars all day. I didn't have any beer this time (I was driving), but the beer style selection will satisfy whatever your type of beer is. There also have drinks made with their whisky, gin, and vodka. I had a short trip in Page and wanted to try this place out since I was craving a beer and some brewery food. I have to say the vibe here felt strange, like the most typical brewery you could imagine. If you were to type "brewery" into an image generator, it would spit out an image of this place. That was kinda harsh, but yeah it's your typical brewery vibe. The beer here was really good. The prickly pear wheat was by far my favorite, and everyone at my table thought the same. The food was also tasty. We ordered most of the appetizers and I would say the apps were much better than the mains. Some standouts included the giant pretzel and the fried ravioli, both were really tasty. I also thought it was funny how the fried pickles were cut longwise, not like chips. We also got the cheese curds, but would definitely recommend the ravioli over these. For mains I had the grilled chicken sandwich. Was a bit sad the onions were raw and not sautéed, but oh well. Overall it was a decent sandwich, but not nearly as good as the apps. I also had some of the pizza, and would not recommend. Maybe we have more expectations from a brewery since we live in San Diego and have such awesome brewery options, but we were disappointed by our experience here. To begin at the very start, they have quite a bit of parking, which is great. We also got seated right away. The brewery had an open floor concept, high ceilings, TVs everywhere, so definitely a brewery vibe. Once we got seated, things got slow. We didn't get a server for a while. Turns out that there was only one person taking orders (on a Sunday night which got busier as time went on) and they got stuck with a large party. The menu is mostly sandwiches/burgers and pizza. They have some apps and salads. We would have liked more options or at least more creativity with the burgers and the pizza options. I wanted chili, which they didn't have, so I went with a bowl of the Italian wedding soup, which was the soup of the day. My husband took the pulled pork burger. I got a prickly pear mule, which my husband got one their draft Core American Pilsners. The soup was very good and just what I needed for a coldish evening when I was dealing with a URI. It was a perfect combination of the meatballs, pasta and chicken broth. The pulled pork sandwich was dry and had onion rings in it, which we found weird. It was also a big burger and pretty much impossible to eat altogether. The beer was decent. The mule was actually pretty good. They gave us the bourbon cheesecake on the house. The cheesecake itself was good. It came with blueberry compote which I think had the bourbon, chocolate sauce and caramel sauce. We liked all 3. Our price tag was around $50 including drinks. I think it is decent for a tourist town but we expected better quality of food. It was also obvious that there were around 3-4 overworked employees and at least 2 employees who were just standing around. That could something the management could look into. read more

While waiting to charge the truck, stopped in for some reprieve and what a treat. This place is wonderful with great decor, floor plan and staff (shout out to Tiffany )!!! She was a delight to chat with, gave awesome service and made our respite enjoyable. They even have gluten free options on their menu and the Tiffany makes are !! The fried pickles here are really good, like whole dill spears not pickle "chips." The chili that comes in a bread bowl is amazing. My wife and I are from Texas and we take chili very serious and it had the right amount of spice and was filled with meat and beans, so heavy on the protein! The Amber ale and the Irish red were really tasty and not too hoppy , and the pumpkin porter was delicious, not too heavy on the pumpkin or winter spices. They have a ton of cool merch here as well and a large outside seating area. This is a total hidden gem in Page! For food, we went with a wedge salad, a small order of chili and cauliflower wings. Ok, the wedge salad was not a wedge, instead left over iceberg sort of put on a plate. The chili was good. Cauliflower was disappointing; not served hot enough and sort of soggy. Second night: oatmeal porter and the beers from the night before. All good. Wedge salad - served as wedges! This little brewery in Page Arizona was solid! I didn't expect much from the brewery going in, as east coast beer is so good. I've had generally mediocre experiences in west coast breweries. However, I was surprised to find a full bar with interesting brews. I had a red ale which was solid. The ipas were average but drinkable. The food consisted of pizzas and wings- but I appreciated that they had a veggie option pizza that was loaded with veggies as I'm vegetarian. I think the food and drinks were probably a three star but I am giving a four star as I think the service was impeccable. The servers were friendly,Proud of what they company has built, and genuinely nice. The hospitality of the bar staff was appreciated- they clearly loved their town, were engaging with guests, and even gave good local recommendations. The side salad with Italian dressing was fresh and flavorful. They also serve great cocktails made with their own liquor from the distillery. Terrible service!!!! Do NOT go there unless you're not hungry or thirsty! It took 1 1/2 hrs to get one small pizza. Bathrooms did not have any hand/paper towels in the women's bathroom. (Where are the employees washing their hands?) After our concern/complaint of 1 1/2 hours for a supreme pizza. They brought it out 10 minutes later. (As we watched 10+ pizzas come out of the kitchen with patrons who arrived after us) we had to box it up because we had a concert next door to go to. Yes, Supreme pizza- had a few pieces of tiny green pepper, a few pieces of pepperoni. (Not a supreme) Our amazing waitress "Sage" was so polite/calm because we were so frustrated she was so sweet! Hmmm... let's start with the flies - lots of flies - we actually ordered to go boxes for each pizza at the table just to keep the flies off the pizzas - we did not need the boxes for take out as we are all the pizzas we ordered while seated, we just got so tired of swatting the flies away between each bite - lots of flies. The next issue was the crazy small ham on the pizza - I ordered ham and mushrooms and the pizza was great but if you put all the tiny ham cubes together it would be the size of a single slice of pepperoni - the have cubes are tiny, about as thick as a dime. The chicken rings were great. But no so for the vodka - beware this vodka has gluten and is made with barley and taste like cheap tequila. Three people in our party are celiac and every thing we ordered we checked and double checked for gluten and the server did not call out that it had gluten - the drink tasted horrible so we returned it and that is when we were hold it was made from gluten - this item needs a big disclaimer. We were pretty tired when we arrived and enjoyed finally to be sitting down and then had to serve ourselves $4.00 sodas from the fountain - wow - at $4.00 you would think this would be included in server duties. Our bill was $225 and normally that would have been a $40 tip but our server basically took our order and that was it, someone else brought the food. The atmosphere is great even though there were lots of leashed barking dogs at the table next to ours. Considering everyone was passing through town the owner should try harder to make the experience better by controlling the glues somehow and adding more ham in the pizza, charge $10 more if needed but make sure a pizza with ham has more than 1 pepperoni if ham. Throw all the vodka out in the trash and get a better recipe too. Event to the chicken place across the street the night before and it was the best chicken in my life / amazing. I have never been to a restaurant that had self serve beverages - I do not understand the reason for this, just hire real serves who deserve 20% tips instead of asking for a 20% tip for 3 minutes of work. If the owner only does one thing from this review it should be to label the vodka as GLUTEN. People who are celiac will need 12 hours or more in bed or the toilet to deal with this issue. read more
