Cute little ice cream shop! When you're craving for something sweet like ice cream. This is good place to stop by and enjoy a classic ice cream like strawberry. The shop offers varieties of flavors. To find the entrance, you have to enter through the burger restaurant. There's nothing fancy about this place but it nice to eat ice cream on a hot humid day in Page!

Simple, sweet with a kind server. Great on a hot day and loved to waffle comb sherbet.

I was kind of hoping this place would be one of those niche yummy ice cream shops that are one of a kind and only found in small towns, but it is just an average ice cream shop. The inside has a borderline feel of a 50's style ice cream parlor. All the ice cream is either Dreyer's brand or Russel's with a decent selection of flavors. I got a milkshake, but it was very runny and not thick at all. They also have an assortment of snack foods. I got a soft pretzel. They just microwaved a frozen pretzel, and part of it was very chewy indicating it has been around for awhile. The food and milkshake weren't bad, but weren't anything I would go out for, and can easily be done better and cheaper at home. It's a nice place to sit with friends and hang out and grab a quick snack, but it doesn't stand out in any regard. It is also attached to a burger place, which slightly detracts from the ice cream parlor feel. The prices are reasonable and the staff was helpful and nice.

There weren't a lot of options popping up when I searched for ice cream shops in Page, AZ. The most promising was Big Dipper ice cream, a locally owned spot that sells both Dreyer's and Farr ice cream. With flavors both well-known and popular, this isn't a spot to find anything unique. But, what they have will satisfy most cravings. Mini fudge tracks were my choice. A "mini" consisted of basically 2 or 3 scoops for only $2. Decent quality and well worth the money spent. 2.5 Stars

It was like the cute little All-American place to come get ice cream in this town, right down to the fact that The Sandlot was playing on the tv. Their single scoops of ice cream are more than enough ice cream, I didn't even finish it. $6.00 for two single scoops on cake cones was a good price. We dined in and watched the rest of the movie before moving onto our next activity.

Big Dipper Ice Cream & Yogurt is in Page, Arizona. Found this ice cream shop in the same strip mall plaza as Canyon Crepes Cafe. They are connected to Slackers. I was not planning to purchase anything especially since I thought they only carried Dreyers. Then I saw a sign posted over the ice cream section. It said Farr's Ice Cream. I remembered Farr's when we were in Ogden, Utah. When I peeked into the display, I saw Wild Huckleberry ice cream!! Looked for an employee, but there was none to be found. Went next door to Slackers, and the staff member said he would walk over to Big Dipper to assist us. I asked him if the Wild Huckleberry ice cream was from Farr's. He said that it was actually made by Russell's Ice Cream based out of Utah. Well, my wife and I shared two scoops of the Wild Huckleberry ice cream in a cup. It was delicious!!! Our nephew was in heaven with his Dreyer's Cookies and Cream ice cream. The shop itself was cozy. Once I got someone to help us, service was fine. Would return the next time we're in Page, AZ. Just beware of "stoned" locals. There was a man who was "high" on something when we exited the ice cream shop. All he wanted to do was start a fight.

This place is your typical small town goody shop. Not very cute but efficient and reasonably priced. They have slushies, shaved ice, ice cream, toppings galore and other random treats. The guy behind the counter was nice and helpful when picking out ice cream flavors. I got one scoop of strawberry cheesecake and one of coconut pineapple. The servings were ginormous and tasty. If you're really hungry or supplying ice cream for a large group they have a navajo sundae which looked scary. For $21.25 u get a HUGE bowl of ice cream of your choice and a crap load of toppings. The people after us got it. I wanted to ask exactly what you could get in it but I wasn't brave enough. I wonder if Man vs Food knows about it :) I'd give em 3 stars for the above mentioned but they don't give you spoons. They only supply you with those tiny taster spoons which makes it a never ending ordeal.

You want great ice cream in Page--look no further! Sure, there aren't many other options, but if you're looking for a nice local place for a nice BIG scoop (seriously a single is plenty) at a low price, look no further than Big Dipper.

This ice cream shop is part of Slackers. It is good and I loved the flavors and ice cream. I got wild huckleberry & if you are a lover of huckleberry like I am, then I would definitely recommend getting huckleberry flavor for your ice cream. My friends had mint chocolate chip and a cinnamon one. The cinnamon one didn't taste good at all to me, but my friend absolutely loved it and said it tasted like Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal to him. The staff was really nice and friendly. I would recommend trying this place.

The ice cream was great and plentiful. They fill up the cone before they scoop it. Great atmosphere too.

Same owner as the Slackers. Generous portion. Highly Recommended. Could use more tables. Try one of the in house flavors like the Superman

Very slim pickings on flavors. The cartons were almost empty when we got there. Not the cleanest place. Wish there were more places in town

Good ice cream in several flavors. They didn't have my favorite Rocky Road and a couple of others, so that is why the 3 stars.

We stopped by Jacob Lake Inn on the way to Kanab after hearing about their famous cookies. This was…read moreon a Sunday in mid April and it wasn't crowded at all, with perhaps only another 5 parties or so in the store. Since our visit was during the off season, they unfortunately only had four types of cookies to choose from - apparently during the summer they have 16 different varieties! While we didn't have that amazing selection, the employee did tell us that they cookies in the tray were less than an hour from the oven! We ended up trying one of each (4 for $8.46): Chocolate Chip Cookie - This cookie has a golden brown ring around the edge and the bottom. It has a delicate crunch along the more well baked portions, but the interior remains soft and gooey. Especially the semisweet chocolate chips, which at only an hour after removal from heat, are still melty. The center of the cookie tastes under baked like raw flour with a somewhat granular and sandy texture. Chocolate Parfait - This is a tall cookie that doesn't seem to spread. It looks more like a small scone or biscuit to be honest. It's quite wan in color, so there's no particular baked crust. Instead, the entire thing is soft and tender, but it's not under baked like the chocolate chip cookie since it all tastes baked through. It's absolutely stuffed with large pieces of Belgian milk chocolate, and like the other cookie, the chocolate is still melted and gooey. Oatmeal Raisin - This cookie has the hardest bake with a darker golden brown bottom creating a great crunch. It's otherwise filled with oats and studded with plenty of sweet raisins. Snickerdoodle - This cookie is surprisingly yellow in color. It has the same chewy and tender texture throughout and tastes like a sugar cookie with cinnamon. I do have to say that all the cookies were super sweet. So sweet I had to drink an entire bottle of water afterwards. I drank more water after the cookies than a 5 miles hike the previous day. Way too sweet for my tastes, but I'm sure most people will be okay with that! Bathrooms - Two larger ones with multiple stalls

For breakfast the wait was a little shorter, but none of us thought it was very good. The eggs tasted off, the potato scramble was very heavy on the potato and didn't look to have any egg in it. The bread was touted as homemade but one of us got burnt bread and it was a tiny piece that sort of broke apart as you tried to eat it. One of us asked for another slice and we were charged another $3-4. We tried two of the cookies and thought they were okay. They are the only place around so it there or bring your own.
