Her location is very tricky to find - and google maps lead me astray. I actually had to call her to find the place. You have to turn into the Arbors at Carrollwood development (look for the flags at the entrance), circle a roundabout, and then her location is in the shops area, next to a laundromat. It is not marked very well, so look for the hanging sign. Her shop is just one room, so I waited outside while she finished with her current client. I love that she was exactly on time, even though she had back-to-back appointments. Ashley was awesome! Friendly, cheerful, and chatty, she made my waxing time fly by, with a minimal amount of pain. Her shop was bright and clean, and appeared to be very sanitary. The experience was just so perfect, I have already scheduled my next appointment in 4 weeks.

I went pretty far in between my last wax and it got to the point where I was desperate to get them done so I went to the first place I found and they didn't turn out so well. I let them grow and while I did that I did some heavy research for THEE eyebrow person I needed in my life. After googling and of course yelping I came across this place. The reviews were nothing but good stuff so I just had to go see for myself! I knew after calling and speaking to Tiny on the phone that I made the right choice. She's super sweet and helpful. When I actually walked in I immediately felt warm & welcomed. She could already tell my eyebrows hadn't been receiving the proper care and needed some TLC and she absolutely delivered. She was determined to get me the shape I needed and gave me pointers on how to help them grow and stay full. Her place was super clean. She took my temperature and gave me hand sanitizer before starting. In addition to her mask, she also put on goggles, A cover over her clothes and she wore gloves. I felt safe and very well taken care of! I just left and I'm already looking forward to my next appointment! Not only did she slay my eyebrows but she was fun to talk to. Before I even left the salon, I asked the technician if they were supposed to look like that because I knew something wasn't right. She told me it was because I "didn't have a lot of eyebrow hair." That explanation didn't make sense to me because eyebrow tint is specifically meant to help define brows, especially for people with sparse hair. I've had my eyebrows tinted several times before at other places, and they've always looked great. I even sent pictures to friends of mine who are licensed aestheticians, and they all agreed that the work was poorly done. While I do appreciate that they refunded my money, the technician was very rude and had a nasty attitude when I expressed my concerns. As a Black woman, I also didn't feel welcomed or respected during my visit. Based on my experience, I personally would not recommend this place to other Black women. I felt like I was treated differently, and that's not an experience anyone should have when paying for a service.
