She wasn't upset as many would be, but instead she was kind and asked about me. She ended up saving my phone number. After going to her lovely location for eyebrow threading a few times (and once for tinting), she offered to touch up (correct and improve) my insufficiently micro-bladed brows done else where. My threading experience with Lina was one of the least painful ones (I am admittedly a cry baby). Tinting was done very well and lasted over 2 weeks. Micro-blading was a wonderful experience complete with pleasant conversation, excellent communication about the process, soothing background music, and a comfy blanket!
