I made an appointment online. I got there on time and Rita was on the phone. She didn't even say hi to me just pointed to the chair. She talked on the phone all the time she did my eyebrows which I think was extremely rude. I will not be going back!!! there are other places Rita get off the phone and talk to your customer. I had gone here several times before and had no issues. The last time I went there the owner was very busy and was not pleasant. I waited patiently. When it was my turn I sat in the chair and explained just needed my eyebrows waxed. Took off my glasses and Rita put on the wax and did the strips. She said she was done and I had no reason to doubt her, as I've never had an issue before I gave her a $20, told her to keep the change and was on my way. I left and did my errands, then met up with my friends. I told them ehat I did that day and they were shocked, as my eyebrows were blotch and the sides were not done. I sent a message via text and received no response. so On Saturday I returned to Rita's shop and explained my dilemma. She stood behind the counter and acted like I was trying to get something free. She was extremely rude saying "this is the last time" Well it was the only time this has ever happened and I did not appreciate her tone nor her insinuation. I responded with "No problemand never mind I will be going elsewhere" She responded "Good" I have never experienced such a rude encounter and will NEVER go there again! Beware the busier she gets the poorer service the customer gets, as you are just a number to her. I would have given zero stars but that was not an option read more

It was $11 at this time and there's a sign when you first walk in that clearly shows the price. I would definitely go back when I'm in the area. Rita is excellent at what she does and has been doing it for a very long time. I recently had my brows microbladed by her and she did an amazing job. She is a perfectionist with shaping the brows and very personable while working fast; so it makes the process breeze by. This is the 2nd time that I've had my brows done however this is the first that Rita has done them and my experience and overall satisfaction with Rita is 100% positive (FIVE STARS). After many years of living in Zephyrhills and having my eyebrows ruined by multiple waxing salons, I was nervous to give Rita a chance. I can tell you today, I am so happy I did! After letting my eyebrows grow back out I went to Rita and she completely reshaped them for me. I've been going to Rita for almost two years now. She is simply the best. She is extremely knowledgeable and nice, she always lets her clients know when she's going on vacation which is a plus. Her shop is always spotless and she does a fantastic job. I normally get my eyebrows threaded and tinted but I've also had one of her Walk-In facials which just made my skin so soft afterward (I look forward to trying more of these!) She does a great job shaping your brows to your face and she also listens to her clients wants.
