If I could give negative stars I would. My wife and I went to Leavenworth for her birthday weekend and rented a couple of Ruckus scooters from here. The checkout process was quick and and the owner recommended places to go for some nice sight-seeing. When we returned them, however, the owner wasn't there. We called him on his cell phone and he said he would arrive shortly as he was at home. When he got back to the store he scanned the bike for about 10 seconds each and said they looked good and we could take off. He called us the next day as we were heading out of town to say he noticed some damage to a couple of spots on one of the bikes. He said he estimated the repairs would be about $450. I called BS and reminded him that he inspected them both and signed off to say they were fine. After he emailed a couple of more times throughout the next few weeks to tell us that we had to send him money, I went to a motorcycle/scooter repair shop close to where we live to show them the damage photos and get some more info. They said it would have taken a significant crash to have that damage happen- which didn't happen. I asked the service tech "So we would have noticed this, right? To which he said that we would have had to slam into a tree or guardrail or something similar to cause that kind of damage. I told the owner we weren't paying it because we didn't cause the damage. It should be his fault as a business-owner that if he isn't going to do a thorough check in or check out process, he's taking a risk. He ended up filing the matter in court and suing us for nearly $2,000 or settling out of court for the $450 original. To have my wife and I both take a day off of work, and spend the time and gas to get to Wenatchee and hopefully win wasn't worth it- so he got his repair money to pay for his negligent business practice. However we've had made sure to tell anyone that we talk to that is heading to Leavenworth to avoid this place like the plague. You could spend your dollars on something much more worth when you go to Leavenworth for a weekend of week of fun. read more

Had a wonderful experience chatting with Mike, who set us up with some high quality rides (3 Ruckus' and a Metro). We cruised through Leavenworth town, down Icicle Road by the river and out North road trough the orchards. Great rides and beautiful country. In two hours, only burned about a quarter of a gallon gasoline (~$1). Each of the bikes ran great. Mike was fun and informative, helping us get geared up and on the road. Low cost, high quality rentals. Awesome afternoon. Can't wait to do it again! read more
