I had my current phone for a little over 3 years and in that time I've had my screen repaired here about 3 times, since that is where my insurance sends me. Today I cracked my screen, and my phone worked for a few hours and then it turned off and wouldn't turn back on. Instead it would keep restarting as long as it was on a charger. I filed a claim and drove 30 minutes to this location. The man there today absolutely refused to fix my screen and instead tried to give me a business card to go somewhere else. He didn't sign me in, didn't look up my claim, and was just so uninterested in helping. I instead had to drive to Verizon to buy a new phone since I didn't want to pay hundreds of dollars to get my screen fixed some other place where I didn't have insurance. What is the point of paying all that extra money for protection when u can't even get your screen fixed? read more

Customer Service is garbage, the reviews are all true. Their website specifically claims that this store repairs Motorola phones. I book an appointment for a walk-in, I walk in and she tells me that no appointments were booked for today (because she didn't even check to begin with). Then I'm told that this store doesn't repair Motorola phones and that the nearest possible store that does is all... the way in Vegas (rubbing it in)... Useless experience. I was at ubreakifix it on Apple Valley Today about 10 AM. I had the pleasure of having Alfredo unstuck my volume button. My phone had stuck buttons. Alfredo was able to clean the debris out of my phone, so I recommend if the community has problems with their phone to Bring their phones too. Alfredo at u break it, I fix it. I would not recommend this place. Way overpriced and they don't do their job. They wanted to sell me a screen protector for $25 and she said Verizon sells them for $55. I was getting something fixed under insurance I had a new screen protector and she refused to put it on. They said they could only put it on if I bought it there, what BS. read more

When we came back to pick the phone up it was the same scenario, he was rude and not customer friendly at all. I was having issues with my Android phone, and contacted my phone carrier in regard to the situation. They recommended this facility and I was extremely impressed! Their technician, Alfredo, provided superb customer service and effective repairs on my phone. I was hesitant in having the phone completely replaced, as I did not want to deal with uploading apps, passwords, etc. He was able to fix it within a 3-hour window. I went into the Apple Valley location because the back of my iPhone 14 Pro Max was shattered. The man said that they don't fix that because it's a liability and turn me away. when I got home, I was still on their website on my phone and that little person in the lower right hand corner pops up so I asked her if they repair replace the back of the iPhone 14 Pro Max, and the answer was yes. I advised her what had happened and all they wanted to do was send me to a different store. so either the guy that works there doesn't know how to fix them or doesn't have enough training in it or he just didn't feel like doing it today, who knows, but I definitely will not be going back there cause I don't feel comfortable having that place touch my phone. read more

Was sent here to get my phone fixed through Verizon. Greeted in an empty lobby with refusal of service since we do not have a mask. No mask mandate at this time, however this business requires a mask and does not provide them. The empty lobby tells you how successful this business model obviously is.... On May 31st, we received the worst customer service you would expect from a business that you would think needed it after post COVID. Tried calling multiple times with no answer so we thought go visit the store. Upon arrival a guy came out from out back and said we couldn't enter without a mask. We'll, we didn't have one because CA no longer requires them. So I asked well is the phone working so we can call and ask a question? Guy said if you don't have a mask, I can't answer any questions. DO NOT get your phone fixed here. This place should be called "UBreakiBreakMORE." I took my iPhone to get the screen replaced after I accidentally dropped it and shattered it. At the time the screen shattered, the only issue I had with my phone was the screen. I didn't have any other issues. When I received my phone back, however, I suddenly could NOT unlock my phone with my thumbprint. When I asked about that, I was first questioned as to whether it worked prior to me bringing my phone in--to which I responded the employee who I turned my phone over to asked me to unlock it multiple times to unlock it, each time I did it was with my thumb. They then proceeded to imply I had gotten my phone fixed elsewhere--I hadn't. This was the only time I'd ever done any repair work. Then I was told this was something that could've happened when it was repaired, but because it was an issue with the fingerprint reader--which is so sensitive--and limited to Apple repairing it, there was nothing they could do about it. The manager repeatedly told me, "sorry there's nothing we can do." I could either get the cracked screen put back on and get my refund (so then I'd have a cracked screen AND and non-functioning thumbprint) or I could walk out with a "fixed" screen and non-functioning thumbprint. I chose the latter option and vented to my fiancé (who works in IT) about the now non-functioning thumbprint. He looked at my phone for 15 seconds and fixed the thumbprint reader. 15 seconds--that's all it took him to fix. Given that they repeatedly said "sorry there's nothing we can do," I am confident that their employees DO NOT know what they're doing and/or do not care for quality assurance nor customer service. Furthermore, since the day I took my phone to UBreakiBreakMORE, my phone's battery life has been atrocious. If I leave my phone unplugged overnight, the battery will drain from 99% to 1% in a matter of just 8 hours--without making calls, without checking it, without using it--literally just leaving it on its own. Moreover, it'll randomly just die throughout the day. It'll go from 56% to dead just from me trying to take a photograph. I did not have these issues with the battery life prior to brining it to this store. To sum it all up, once you pay UBreakiBreakMORE, they will not rectify their own shoddy work. They will not right their wrongs, apologize, nor help you. read more

Was referred over to this place by my phone carrier insurance. When I showed up just to start, the guy had attitude. I told him my carrier made an appt. He told me they don't do appts, only walk-ins. He then told me he didn't have me down to get my phone fixed. He asked me for a number. After taking the number confirmation that my carrier emailed me, he told me that was not correct. He told me I could pay to fix it or call my carrier and pay them. Which I paid already. I'm never going back to this place.
