DO NOT GET YOUR PHONE FIXED HERE. I went in on a Saturday to get my screen replaced and less than 24 hours later my screen completely blacked out. They are closed on Sundays, but I needed my phone for work so I took my phone to have the screen fixed elsewhere. My provider suggested I go to Apple so they could run diagnostics to make sure it was just the screen that was messed up. I went to Apple and they said the screen was either faulty or installed incorrectly. I got my phone fixed overnight at Apple because I had plans to travel the next day for work. I came back on Monday and explained to them what had happened and how I got it fixed at Apple because I could not wait due to work. They told me I needed to bring them back the faulty screen in order to be issued a refund. I went back to Apple and they said they did not have the screen and even if they did it would be a whole ordeal to give it back to me. I went back and explained to them that Apple did not have the screen and they offered me no help. They said a refund could not be issued without the screen and I explained that even though I do not have the screen I have all my receipts from both them and Apple to show as proof of what happened. They said they needed the screen back so they could get back their money back so they could give me my money back. I was upset and acted upset, but the manager was not very nice to me either. He said "how do I know the Apple receipt isn't fake" and that giving me a refund is "bad business." If a company cannot spare an upset customer a refund, obviously their business is not doing well. I highly suggest going to your phones direct retailer (Apple, Samsung, etc.) rather than these 3rd party retailers if you need your phone fixed, even it is more expensive. I tried to use the more affordable options and ended up spending way more money than I would have. They are unhelpful, greedy, and cannot own up to their own mistakes even if it makes a customer upset. read more

I used them to repair my iPhone screen and purchased the "self-healing" screen protector. It lasted exactly a week. Screen cracked and the screen protector didn't do a thing. They want another $109 to fix it. I'll take my business elsewhere. edit to add: I called customer support per the owners request. Customer support did nothing to help. All they did was connect to the store and the store was rude. I was told their was no warranty because of damage. I thought the "space age" screen protector prevented damage? I prefer to support small business but I should have just used the Apple Store or Best Buy in the first place. read more

My battery in my Google pixel slate has degraded the 30%. I called these people to see what they would charge to replace the battery. The lady asked me if my screen was broken and I said no why. She replied that on that device they will probably break the screen getting to the battery and it will cost more than the computer is worth to repair it. This is going to be a small book, but if I didnt think it was a story worth sharing, i wouldnt be trying to warn people. my phone is a Pixel 3 XL. ive had it for a few years and it had finally gotten to that point where the charging port was getting a bit wonky so I took it in. I had been putting it off for a few weeks now because I work IT service desk and my phone is ESSENTIAL to accessing half our systems. So i went ahead and waited until my weekend started and ran my phone over to the shop to make sure they had plenty of time to get it right. I turned it in to them, they told me since my screen was cracked, they would have to replace it, but they offered me half off on the charging port replacement since my screen really did only have 1 hairline fracture in it. Damn shame, but I know thats just how the phone is made, oh well. Total cost around $200, but they easily did it in under 24 hrs. Good Deal. I get my phone back, take it home, and i noticed a problem. No cellular service. check the SIM card, its in right, and the phone can see its AT&T, but still no service. Oh well atleast i have the ubreakifix warranty. So the next day I run the phone back over and hand it back over to them. a day or two goes by and now i've got problems. Work has started back up for me and I cant even log into my laptop without my cell phone to authenticate my login so now im missing work days. Worse I cant get in touch with anybody at my work because (you guessed it) I dont have a cell phone. Thankfully after missing a full day of work, I find an old laptop still logged into my work email (cant access that without cell phone authentication either) and I go ahead and let my work know whats up, but now ive got another problem. Thanksgiving is coming up and im leaving to see family in Alabama come Wednesday. I stop at the shop end of day every day leading up to wednesay just looking for any update, but theyre still troubleshooting (they think it something with the motherboard) and Wed is coming up fast. Tuesday I tell them "Hey even if I have no cellular, I still need my phone for this trip so go ahead and give it back to me Wednesday" Technician: "Sure no problem, come by for 12:30 and we'll have it ready for you" 3:00 comes around (ive just gotten off work) and I head over to the store only to be told my phone is STILL disassembled in the back and it'll take half an hour for them to get around to putting it back together. Too late, im out of time, no cell phone for thanksgiving. Fine, Whatever. I tell them to give me my sim card so i can stick it in an old phone and I leave. it sucks but I can live. So here comes the Monday after thanksgiving, they tell me my phone is fixed and I can come pick it up. I head on over, sure enough its fixed and it didnt cost me anything because of the warranty. But ohhhhh they got me one last time. See to fix the problem they decided they had to replace my motherboard. Which they went ahead and did. What they never told me though was that replacing the motherboard meant I lost the harddrive and EVERYTHING THAT WAS ON THE PHONE. Contacts, Photos, Videos, Files, all my credentials on it just gone. I asked them if they back anything up, they told me they dont do that. They didnt warn me, they didnt try and let me know. They just went ahead and burned 4 years of family videos and pictures. Dont go here. They are sloppy, careless, and just assine. I wish i had just kept my crappy charging port and never given them my money in the first place. Not even slightly worth it. read more

I went in Monday to get my screen replaced on my Galaxy s21 Ultra, it took them 2 hours to tell me it was unrepairable because it wouldn't fast charge to pass the tests to release it to me. It fast charged the night before and everyday after. Then I scheduled a day for them to bring a replacement. Got a call from them to confirm that they'd be there. The last 30 mins from the window they said they'd be here I get a call from a random number and no one says anything. 15 minutes later I get an email saying I need to continue my claim. If you have the choice, go somewhere else.​ read more

I tried to go in quickly for a phone repair as my old iPhone completely blacked out. They charged me 90 dollars upfront to "clean" the charging port which was supposed to help fix the phone. It took them an entirety of two days to troubleshoot and they still did not fix my phone. Any time I walked in the building, which I did a few times to check on progress, it took the employees nearly an hour each time to even acknowledge my presence and give me an update even if there was no one in the store. I asked for a refund since they ran me around in circles, and because the phone still was not fixed, and they tried to refuse. Do not go here. They are inefficient and the customer service was very poor. If you work often, or need a quick iPhone repair then do not come here. They are very slow and inconsiderate of your time. read more

WARNING! DO NOT USE! I don't care if your phone company insurance says this is the only place you can go.... DO NOT USE! We dropped our phone off for a simple screen repair at 5 pm yesterday, they told us it would not be ready until tomorrow. We went to pick it up today around the same time and it was just GONE! apparently some lady had waited in their lobby for it after we left and picked it up around 7:30 pm last night. IT WAS NOT US THAT PICKED IT UP! No one knew my name or claim number! We did not tell anyone at all that we were bringing the phone in to get replaced. We have contacted to police, Asurion phone insurance, At&T and the manager of uBreakiFix and of course no one can help! The manager for this store was also extremely rude and the staff could not show us the footage of who took our phone or the voice recording. I'm beyond livid. I have extremely personal/inappropriate content on this phone that they forced me to unlock before dropping it off that is now available for everyone to see. I also have two small daughters. My phone is filled with BATH PICTURES, swimming pictures in bikinis, potty training pictures, and other content that is NOT APPROPRIATE to just be floating about everywhere. But of course they could not help me. So moral of the store DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. They'll give you possessions out to anyone that knows your name or even just the make and model of your item and then they will not help you get it back. DISGUSTED!
