There was no line when I got there; the man that helped me had a bit of an accent, but we understood one another well enough to joke about how the Apple Genius Bar told me they couldn't fix my phone and had to upgrade to the newest model. He fixed the water damage, gave me a new screen (It was shattered), and it was less than $100. The man that helped me was very knowledgable, so I will be going back again to fix my old iPhone 5c (that Apple told me was obselete).

I was in dire straits today - needed new glass protectors for a phone and an iPad and a replacement for my clear Apple iPhone case which wasn't so clear anymore. Muzzy helped me find exactly what I needed and quickly replaced my glass covers. When I first bought my phone I loved the rich red and bought the slim clear case but soon learned it just wasn't great for me. We keep our house dark like a movie theater and I was always asking if anyone had seen my phone. And this particular skin case was always slipping out of my pockets because it was smooth all over. I was looking for something obnoxiously bright and maybe with some texture and not too thick like the otter box cases. I wanted something a little girlier. And while there was nothing fluorescent in the 100s of cases, he managed to put one together for me which was exactly what I didn't know I needed. I'm really happy with my purchase and I'm going back next weekend to update the rest of my gear. for starters, also the black cut outs are actually and interior hard rubber back & side. It provides a secure grip in my hand as well as traction in my pocket and it was 1/2 the price of the Apple store.
