As an existing customer, I visited this Verizon store for the first time today. I came in to…read moreupgrade one line to the latest iPhone and had a few questions regarding current pricing options, an iPad pro and data line I have, and info on a business account. We weren't greeted when we walked in, but that was no big deal. Once addressed, we realized we got the worst customer service member we could have gotten. Brice (Or Bryce) acted as if our questions were bothersome and even ridiculous, he rushed thru the sale, and ultimately did not leave us with a good experience. Every single question was blown off or dismissed as if we should already know the best price or feature or plan. Definitely not what you're looking for when you go to spend $1300 on a phone. We all have bad days, but this guy doesn't belong across the table from customers. It was appalling.

Once we entered the store we were greeted by a very friendly employee who was able to answer all of her questions. We were in and out of the store within 15 minutes and my boyfriend's mother was very happy. The only thing I would have added to the store was to their selection of products. There were't that many phones and accessories on display making the store seem a bit bare. Overall...great service!

Another customer had been at a table for a very long time as well. I just needed my phone echipped again because the Apple Store messed it up after a repair and then redownloading all my apps but of course AT&T could not assist me. When I was finally seen, the person spent like five minutes with me, got up and left to go help someone else and I was like wait a minute, I'm not finished!!!! He said I'll be back and rushed back for a second after about ten minutes. I just left and went home and tried to fix my own phone. Ridiculous customer service. All they care about is selling phones and plans.

So this AT&T is typically my go-to store because it's near my work. Also it's typically less busy…read morethan the Apple Store, but busy enough that they know what they're doing. I came in here tonight to get a charger real quick, hoping it would be in & out. But it's the holidays so I knew that that wasn't likely. At first I was irritated that I had to "check in" with my name and number and get on the waiting list. I reminded myself how easily customers can become impatient and how spoiled we are to expecting that everything should always go exactly how we want or we're ready to pitch a fit. It really didn't take long and the manager Jimal expedited me ahead of the line so I could get out quickly. He was very professional and even walked around the counter to open the door for me when I left. I really appreciated him. If I could change anything, I don't like how there's a screen that shows the first names and last initial for those that are waiting in line. I would almost prefer a number for privacy reasons but I think they probably want to give the impression that their customers are more than just a number so I get that. It probably also helps people to be patient when they can see how many people are ahead of them. It would be fun if they did random aliases. So one day you might pick a celebrity like "Rick James" and they call out "Rick James" and you know it's your turn. Did this take a strange turn? I got off track, thanks Jimal!

Trying to get any help/support from AT&T is a joke. They might as well just laugh in your face…read more Scammer hacked my account and it's taking weeks to figure out where and who I need to speak with to have this resolved. AT&T fraud isn't there to help or protect you. Their service is unreliable, their bills are never the same monthly. Don't expect to be treated with respect when you come in to get help and you comment about how shitty your overall experience has been their black female employees at this location will make comments about you being salty literally in from of you.

I've had two interactions with her and she's consistently unprofessional. No badge so I can't tell her name. Maybe that's on purpose. My last visit was today, 11/12/24 and I will never go to that store again. When I walked in, she was being mean to an elderly gentleman. He walked out saying he didn't know TMobile's service was this bad. They should drop her or TMobile will continue to lose customers.
