They kept my desktop for 7 weeks, without giving me an estimate. Because the computer wouldn't start, they removed the screen. I took it to another place, only to find out ubreakifix had removed the hard drive. When I went back to get it. they couldn't find it and said it had probably been sent to recycle. They fixed my tablet once. It broke again, under warranty. They have now had it for about 5 or 6 weeks. I keep calling and just get excuses of why it's taking so long. They say they will call me back and never do. I plan to get my tablet and take it to Imechanic. read more

Just not good. Had a window to get my phone fixed. Showed up and there was a sign on the door at 2:25pm that said they would be back at 3:05. I waited and watched as 3 people arrive back to the store, all at the same time. I thought maybe one of them should have stayed to keep the store open, but fine. When I walk in, I find out that they don't have the screen for my phone. This is frustrating because, shouldn't they have the screens for the people who have appointments? So I go home and come back 2 days later only to find out that I have to wait an hour to turn findmyiphone off. A new security feature. Which is fine, but also something that would have been great to tell me during the 45 min phone call i had with them to set up the appointment, OR when I went in and they didn't have the screen. Just to try and help me save some time. Once I got findmyiphone turned off an hour later, they took my phone and told me it would be ready in 2 hours. I asked why it would take so long, I was told that they could do it in 15-30 min. So, why tell me 2 hours? The store in Bloomington, IN has had my mother's computer for over 3 months. She still does not have her computer fixed. The computer is in pieces and they are "waiting on a part". They also keep saying a reason they have not been able to efficiently fix it is because they lost their manager.
