The sad part is had to lower my rating due to the non existent follow through. We came in person, staff was friendly, we waited a little while but it was not bad. Our information was taken down and we were told we would receive a call back the next day with an estimate. We heard nothing for weeks. We tried reaching out to them and had challenges reaching the line. Finally one month exactly later I talked to someone who informed me the job was closed a week after it was opened. They gave me an estimate right on the spot (so it was that easy?) and I asked to speak to a manager due to the bad follow through. The response was "the manager is gone can you call him tomorrow?". Don't trust any of their promises or warranties! I had a screen replaced at a UbreakiFix location in mid-February 2025. While the device initially seemed fine, issues began appearing about a month later -- the display looked off, touch sensitivity was inconsistent, and soon after, the phone started overheating near the bottom of the screen. We returned the device under warranty, but the store claimed the problems weren't related to their repair and refused to replace the screen or offer any real solution. The device eventually became unusable due to the overheating -- essentially ruined. I contacted Asurion, who handles the warranty support, and was told by a case manager that a full refund would be issued due to the damage caused. After a single follow-up call in late March, I never heard from them again. I wasn't given a case number, direct line, or any way to follow up. Despite submitting multiple new support requests, I've still received no response. They even began ghosting my emails entirely. This experience has been incredibly frustrating. A company should stand by its work and honor its word. Instead, I was ghosted after being promised a refund. I would not recommend using this service to anyone. read more

I had to call other stores to get updates on my phone. Finally have to call cor office to file a complaint. I paid $176 for repair and the phone still has issues. read more

DO NOT BRING ANY DEVICE FOR SOFTWARE SERVICES! I left it for repair and tune up and was told I would hear from them in 48 hours as to what needed to be done and total cost. HORRIBLE experience, so horrible that I canceled asurion coverage. I brought my iPhone 13 Pro in to have the charging port repaired, I spent 7 hours in that store & left with 3 problems. I was given my phone back after 5 hours with a "SIM CARD FAILURE" error, when I pointed it out -- the technician stated he forgot to put my SIM card back in. My phone was taken for an additional hour, this time handed to me by the manager, he stated he felt bad about my time there. Unfortunately, I had to point out the SIM card failure an additional time, they retrieved my phone for the 3rd time. After an additional hour, the technician retuned my phone stating he had broken my SIM card port & damaged the phone screen. The technician stated my phone needed to be replaced and that he had no idea how long the replacement would take since it would have to be mailed to me. The technician did not file a claim with Asurion to have my phone replaced as he stated he would. I asked for proof of the claim being filed before I left the store and the technician claimed because he had never broken someone's phone before his manager had to submit the claim. At that time, his manager was on lunch, after 7 hours of being at that store I was ready to leave. He stated my claim would be filed before the end of the day, I called the store back an hour before their closing time and no one answered. I contacted asurion directly and had to spend 2 hours on a call to get my phone replaced. This was a horrible experience! read more

False advertising most repairs take multiple days. Employees couldn't even log into their system to give me a price. Waited around for half an hour before bailing along with a dozen other customers. Don't bother making an online appointment either it is literally meaningless - just a way for them to collect email addresses. Asurion protection plan is also a complete joke and a scam. read more

Rude staff. i made an appointment to replace the back glass on an iPhone. The person at the front desk told me that appointments are "'meaningless" and that it would take 48hrs to fix my phone. he was similarly rude and unhelpful to the people before and after me. read more

I tried to contact the store multiple times, but they never picked up the phone. I also stopped by a few times, and they were always closed, even though on their store hours it says they are open. Overall, if you're thinking of getting your device fixed here, don't do it. I best believe you're not getting your device back and it will be abandoned and recycled. read more

tech came out dispatched by att asurion insurance on 08/05/24 the tech is a lying POS that claimed my phone was broken and smashed... IT WAS IN PERFECT SHAPE OTHER THEN A CRACK ON THE FRONT SCREEN SUBMITTED PICTURES OF THE DAMAGE THEY DID TO THE PHONE!!! claimed it was like that when it was given to them! they have now cost this firefighter close to $300 in repairs the tech lied to cover their own tail. will not recommend again the tech made a mistake and should've owned up to it instead they broke the back glass out the right corner of my phone and the front screen the diffusers busted so you cant type on it or anything and half the screen is a bright white light! the tech LIE and will NOT be honest with their management or anything else just to cover their own tail and cost a firefighter money! read more

The guys at UbreakIfixIt saved my life! The LCD light went out in my s21+ and I was expecting to lose everything or spend 100s of bucks to get it fixed. I literally had my phone back in 2 hours. There was no proactive communication on status. I had to follow up 3 times to check on status a week after it was estimated to be complete. On two separate occasions I was told the parts hadn't been received only to be subsequently told they had been but the computer system wasn't updated. On the 2nd occasion I was guaranteed the repair would be completed in 3 days and on the 3rd I called to check the status and was again told parts had not been received. After questioning that, I was told they had been received but the person who needed to do the repair wouldn't be available for another two days. When I finally went to pick it up, the repair didn't work and had to be sent off for repair which was another week and a half. I was told on that day I would be given a discount exceeding the 20% coupon code I had and when I finally picked it up that additional discount was not honored as the person working knew nothing about. Absolutely horrible experience that finally ended with yet again another "miscommunication". read more

I have had a broken iPad screen repaired here twice. They are very quick on the repair and do solid work. Most recently, I brought my daughter's iPad in again because the home. It ton was loose. Although it was out of the warranty period for the screen repair they did, they fixed the home button free of charge. That's great service :) highly recommend! read more

Place is a joke. If you need to get your iPhone screen fixed DO NOT GO HERE. I have a new phone, just got it 2 months ago and this was my first screen break. Took it to them and they stated they couldn't fix the phone because the screw is stripped from it being fixed before. MY PHONE HAS NEVER BEEN FIXED BEFORE...NO ONE EVER TRIED TO UNSCREW IT EXCEPT THEM. My screw is now popping out which it wasn't before. Amateurs read more
