Received a phone quote from the Polaris Pkwy. location, took it in a few days later w/late AM drop-off & it was ready a few hours later. My screen was badly cracked & crushed to bits near the home key. These guys were great to work with & ended up finishing earlier than their original time quote. My IPAD works perfectly now! This was my first experience with uBreakiFix but I needed a replacement battery in my iPhone 8 and Verizon (despite what their website says) wasn't able to provide this service. Verizon said they used a 3rd party service to handle battery replacments and referred me to ubreak. According to Verizon, the earliest appointment they could schedule at ubreak was for a week from now. SHortly after getting home, I had a text message and a VM from ubreak indicating they had the order from Verizon and asking me to call them. When I talked to them, they said I DIDN'T NEED an appointment and could walk in today. When I took my phone in, they indicated that repiars would take 1-2 hours and I said I'd be back in 2 hours. About 90 minutes later, I had an email confirming that my phone was ready. The staff was extremely polite, efficent and helpful. The battery replacment was done within the promised time and I'm a "happy camper". I wasn't aware that ubreak was there but would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again. read more

Stop by to see if they could fix my phone as the charger broke off inside the phone... Trent fixed it in a few minutes and said since it was easy he wouldn't charge. I'm a time when most people are trying to charge you double it feels good to work with a company who treats you great. With 3 kids were bound to break something again and I know where I'll be going. Excellent service and repair! They really worked with me to get the glass screen for my desktop computer and they ordered the glass screen for me after we found it. They didn't push me to get it repair, they waited until I was ready. Service was not only excellent but it was quick too. Service was great. It was a quick fix for a broken phone screen. They also offered phone cases and screen protectors. I got the phone back the same day we dropped it off. Very good experience. Walked in, got a quote for the work and they gave me a time for completion for a new glass of 1 and a half hours. It was done before that and it all looks good. Sure beat the price and length of time that Sprint /Tmobile wanted. And its located off of Polaris so very easily located. I had them replace my phone screen. They assured me it came with a warranty. When it stopped working only 2 weeks later, they made a lame excuse about why the warranty didn't cover it. It was clear they were just trying to weasel their way out of it. read more

I made a appointment online received a call on Sunday to confirm my appointment drove a hour to have my phone fixed at 10am at 10:05 they put a sign on the door they will not be open until 11 kinda poor business I do not recommend this store if you need your screens replaced go to Polaris mall by the food court or cost less and take about 15 mins and it's done like new read more

We took a PS4 in because it was overheating. They called with a quote of $49 and said I could pick it up the next day. I got there the next day and they were confused because they hadn't meant to call me. Hold this part for later. A few days later, they called and said it was a hard drive problem. I said go ahead and fix it. We went to pick it up when they called a few days later and the new amount was $192. I asked about the original quote and they said they hadn't meant to call me with that. I stood my ground (sort of) and he brought the price down to $129. Fair is fair. I'm not trying to get free services but they ended up wiping the hard drive and they never fixed the overheating problem. It is basically a hunk of unusable plastic now. Find someone else to fix your device if you care about it. read more

i was told 1-2 hours on a front screen replacement for my iPhone and was notified 17 min later that my phone was ready for pick up

After filing a claim for insurance on a cell phone I had to pick a location to have the screen fixed. I picked this location because it was the closest to me. I went to the location and was told that they did not have the parts in stock. The front desk person also mentioned the difficulty of the repair. I had to refile the claim for a different place to fix my phone only to find out that this certain location turns away anyone who has a difficult fix because they don't want to be bothered with any repair that was not easy. I also found out that this is a franchise and not owned by the corporation. read more
