I took in my Apple MacBook Pro with a cracked screen. A blind man could clearly see the screen was cracked so no issue there. Fast forward three days later and they do not have the part, do not have the ability to get the part and can't fix the laptop. Fine, I'll come pick it up. They want to charge me a $75 diagnostic fee for something they DID NOT HAVE THE ABILITY TO FIX! Even the receipt says $0 diagnostic fee! I attached my receipt where it clearly says $0 so how they believe that I am going to let them get away with cheating me out of $75 is baffling. They bait you in with a guaranteed repair and when they can't deliver by no fault of yours they try to keep $75. He offered to reduce it to.$50. Um $50 for what sir? You lied and then did nothing. $50 for a lie, is that how much lies cost now? I'm disputing the charge with my bank and don't buy into whatever response this company makes regarding my review.
