The supervisor said that he will order me a glass privacy screen. He said to come back in two weeks. I kept checking but the store was closed. After a week there was a sign that said not enough employees. I was finally able to get in the store after three weeks. I asked about the glass privacy screen and he said it has not arrived. I said it has ben three weeks, can you fix it another way. He said sure and put a non-privacy screen protector on. I went home and noticed what he did. I went back to the store and asked why I paid for a privacy screen protector and he put on a non-privacy screen protector. He then started to argue with me and yelled at me. He then said that I was trying to get free stuff from him and I was dishonesty and I never been to the store. He then put on the privacy screen protector ad did not do a good job. When I showed him the work he did, he said this is the best its going to be and then kicked me out of the store. I will never go back to this store inside the Harrisville Walmart. In fact, I will not visit any business where this supervisor works. He said he also runs the store in Riverdale.

Recently we had an issue were a section of the screen stopped working. Went back to Zagg and they had excuses for everything. We even had a Zagg screen protector on the phone. They said that the reason for the part of screen not working is due to the phone falling which it had not. So, this to them was the reason for the failure. They also said the warranty on their labor is 1 month. If anyone is planning on using them or their hardware I would rethink it. They are not reputable; they do not stand behind their product or their labor.

When I attempted to change cell phone providers and set up a newly acquired and refurbished iPhone,…read moreI ran into much difficulty in trying to connect the new service to the iPhone I had just received. However, after wrestling with multiple issues in trying to set up the new service on the new phone, and when it appeared that neither the vendor nor the new service provider were going to be able to help me, I thought about trying to get help from the Tricked Out store in Ogden since I was so satisfied with the service they provided when I brought my MacBook in for a new battery to be installed. I called Tricked Out in Ogden and spoke with an employee named Korben who said that while Tricked Out doesn't offer cell phone provider set up service, he would be happy to see if he could help me in that process and that there would be no charge for his help. The next day I went to Tricked Out and Korben did proceed to try and help me. He literally spent over 2 hours working on my set up service issues while also occasionally attending to customers. His efficiency and tech knowledge/ability in helping me and with serving occasional customers was amazing. He was finally able to connect the newly purchased iPhone to the new service, and I left being incredibly thankful for his help. However, the next day I began having trouble with the new iPhone and the service, both the cell and wireless services. So, I called Tricked Out and asked Korben if he would mind helping me again and he responded that he wouldn't mind and directed me to come into the Ogden store the next day as it was late when I called. I went to Tricked Out as directed, and Korben again proceeded to work diligently in trying to resolve the issues I was experiencing with the phone. However, after spending another couple hours trying to resolve the new problems, it appeared the connecting process could not be accomplished despite also working with an online service provider support person. We came to a conclusion that the problems being experienced were a result of problems with the so-called refurbished phone. That conclusion was easily confirmed when Korben was able to easily set up the new provider service on my old iPhone within a very short period of time with the new service that is working just fine. Therefore, I was able to return the newly acquired and the reconditioned iPhone to the vendor with a full refund, Needless to say, I cannot say enough about what a terrific employee and person Korben is at the New Gate Mall Tricked Out store! Accordingly, I would highly recommend the Tricked Out store at New Gate Mall in Ogden to anyone needing the accessories/services they offer.
