Terrible experience today. Tried getting help with the last steps of a trade-in and ended up taking upwards of 40 minutes for no reason. Rude workers with no customer service skills. I would recommend going to any T-Mobile other than this one. read more

We went into this Kaysville T-Mobile store two weeks ago and upgraded our 2 iPhones. Jeremy, the manager, helped us and told us there was a promotion going on where we got a package deal with the phones that included car chargers, mophie cases, battery packs, screen protectors, basically a bunch of overpriced shit we didn't want, but hey it's free. Come to find out, not only was it NOT free, he put it on installments so we are paying $60 a month for the next 3 years. He told us the promotion would take a while to credit on our bill. Lies. I called corporate and checked, they said there was no such promotion. I hate crooks and Jeremy/this place is crooked. I talked to Farmington Station T-Mobile. They told me this Kaysville store is a T-mobile franchise store, not a corporate store. That means they don't have the same accountability. They can get away with lying straight to your face. read more

My daughter was about to head off to college when she received a text message from her cell phone provider stating that her phone was not compatible with their updated system. Her phone was going to stop working! She had to have a phone. We went to the T-Mobile store in Kaysville looking for solutions. Faith greeted us with a smile promising to help. She listened to our problem and pulled up my plan. She offered to add my daughter to my plan so that she would have service at college. Faith also informed us that we could trade in my daughter's phone and get a new I-phone 13 and all we would have to pay would be the taxes. My daughter was interested for sure. Unfortunately, the only color phone that they had in the store was pink. My daughter is not a huge fan of pink! Faith took it upon herself to call other T-Mobile stores in the area to check on other phone color options. She was able to find a green one at the Layton store. Faith grabbed her keys and traveled to the other store to get the green phone, my daughter's preferred color! Faith went completely out of her way to make sure that my daughter was happy and had a working phone and phone line when she went off to college the next day! Faith went above and beyond taking care of us! Her customer service is top notch! She is extremely knowledgeable in the different phones, plans, and options at her place of employment! Faith gave me piece of mind that day knowing that my daughter would have a reliable source of communication while at college! As her mother, that is priceless! Faith will be my go to employee the next time I need anything from T-Mobile! Faith is THE BEST!! read more

Jeremy and the other employees in this store lied to us. They told us they were running an Apple promotion with a ton of free stuff - cases, screen protectors, chargers, etc. Come to find out they put all these things under an installment plan that will end up costing us over $500.00. When we called the store to confront them they put it back on us. They actually said we must have heard Jeremy wrong. No, I think I would have remembered him saying that these items were going to cost us $500.00. We're not stupid. Jeremy flat out lied to us along with the other associates that helped us. These people have no scruples. They're dishonest and will take advantage of you. I would encourage everyone to go to a corporate store and stay away from franchise stores like this one. We will NEVER do business with them again. read more

Admittedly, I almost did not go into this Kaysville location solely based on the prev.negative comments posted, but my daughter highly recommended this location to me, so I decided to give the benefit of doubt, and I sure am glad I did. I've been to many places and have seen poor customer service, but this crew has restored my faith in retail sales. Dont get me wrong, I dislike how pushy salesman can be, but this store went above and beyond for my wife and I. My wife is 8mths pregnant, we've miscarried 4 times, and without even knowing about the miscarriages this crew brought a soft chair out from the backroom for my wife, moved a stool so that she could put her feet up, and offered fresh cold water to both of us. While Mercedes assisted me with my acct, another rep answered questions my wife had about her phone. As more customers came in, I was amazed at the warm greet that was given. I think every store should make their customers feel the way this Kaysville T-Mobile made us feel today. I did have the thought that maybe we were getting this treatment because of my prego wife, but I quickly learned that was not the case as the manager, Jeremy, was making it a point to make sure everyone felt welcome and comfortable, offering fresh cold water and lollipops to everyone. To top it all off, I wanted to make a change to my acct that would include Free Netflix, but Jeremy helped me to weigh out the options and we decided to keep our grandfathered plan the same because changing our plan would have increased our bill dramatically for us to save just $10 on a Netflix subscription. I'm sure Jeremy and this crew lost commissions by not converting my account to the new plan, but due to their straight forward honesty and integrity, my wife and I will not go to any other location. read more

We have been going to this T-mobile store for several years now and we have always been treated with so much respect. They are knowledgeable, they know their stuff, they are friendly, and honest. We've always had a positive experience there. Thanks for the great customer service! read more

About two months ago we received a text from T-Mobile stating that we needed to upgrade one of our phones or we would be charged for the phone. So, knowing that this was coming as it is part of our plan, we went in to do this. Assuming that it was my phone that needed upgrading, we approached it with this in mind. Once there, we were told that it was not my phone, but my wives phone that needed upgrading, as mine had already been paid for when it had reached the end of upgrade eligibility. Last week we checked our bill and low and behold we were charged for the phone that we had just upgraded to keep from having this charge added. Turns out it was my phone and my wife is still waiting, after 3 hours, to speak with someone at their corporate office about what can be done to fix this as it was the rep in the store that gave us the wrong information from the very start. We left Sprint to get away from this type of B.S. and still we get crapped on by big business. Why the hell are we so worried about the damn bullies in our schools, but we don't give a damn about the Corporate bullies like this, that force us to follow their rules with no repercussions for their mismanagement. read more
