Seemed insane from what I had found online for replacement. The representative said that that is what Apple charges. Called Apple. Getting in done tomorrow at the Apple store for $160.00. An amazing repair shop for iPhone and computers I had to get my iPhone x screen replaced. They said they could repair it in a day and they finished it in a day. While I was at the shop, they also had some great accerories for my iphone like a case and screen protector. They have fast and professional service I would say they are the best phone service on island and i would recommend going again. Over the weekend my laptop died & when I took it to the Apple Store they noted that when this company did the repairs they did a poor job of putting it back together & there was damaged parts and missing pieces. I brought in my PS5 for overheating and was told the repair would take 3-5 days. Instead, it took two weeks just to diagnose the issue. After that delay, I was informed that additional parts were needed and that the motherboard might also be the problem -- extending the wait time far beyond what was originally promised. What made this worse is that I had to call for updates myself since no one contacted me about the delays. When I declined further assistance, it still took an additional three days just to have my PS5 reassembled so I could pick it up. This entire process has been extremely frustrating and a complete waste of time and money, especially considering the subscription fee I was charged. read more

I brought my phone there because it had a cracked screen on it and they charge me $220 to replace the screen. I got the phone back. It would press all kind of random buttons and turn off and on by itself so I brought it back because it was under warranty for them to fix and they kept it for three weeks and didn't even do anything to it and told me that it was fixed. I went back with the phone to tell them that they've made my phone even worse than it was when I returned it and they told me that my warranty had expired already and that there's nothing they could do about it and now I'm out $230 with a broken phone still read more

They had to order the battery which took about a month, but once it came in I dropped off my iPad and it only took a couple of days to replace it. ubreakifix is one of the Samsung warranty repair companies. They also repair iPhone, computers and do warranty service for AT&T. I experienced a swollen battery on my Note 10 and it separated my case which is glued together. Not wanting to get it replaced under warranty again (14months ago) from the store I purchased it from and pay a $150 deductible then go through redoing all the apps and information on my phone. This time I decided to have ubreakifix do the repair and not hassle with transferring all my data from one phone to another new one. They had to order my battery and was told it takes around 3-5 days to come in. Well the battery came in 3 days and I was sent a text and an email of it's arrival. I took my phone in the next day to get it fixed. Dropped my phone off on a Saturday and because the Samsung calibration website was down for maintenance I had to wait till Monday for them to complete the repair. On Monday morning I got the email that it was done and ready to be picked up. ubreakifix did a good job changing out the battery and resealing my phone. Total price was $87.99 excluding tax, way cheaper than claiming warranty again. I was satisfied with fix. The only reason I minus a star is because of the time it took to respond to my emails. Took my mom's Galaxy Z fold 3 phone to replace the inside screen protector. The initial sales person was awesome. Very personable, informative and great at customer service. When we returned to pick up the phone the sales person was gone and we had to deal with the tech who replaced the screen protector. Not very personable and he broke the brand new phone case we bought her for Christmas. His response for the "him broke it" problem was a very nonchalant, "well I can give you $10 off." We were so dissatisfied. My mom was getting very upset since now her new case is broken. I didn't want to ruin an otherwise good day spent together, I just paid for it and we left. I love this place. It was my third or fourth time having trouble with my phone or tablet, and the technician was able to diagnose my problem in just a few minutes. It wasn't a battery going bad, as I had thought. When I got there, I was surprised that the tech didn't know if they had the part in stock. He had to go in the back to check. In total, I received 3 emails and 2 text messages to remind me that I had an appointment the next day. I get it. People not showing up for their appointment is rude and can be aggravating. But my time should be considered too. It would also be aggravating to drive all the way there to be told they didn'thave the part. Especially after providing the details of my issue. Thankfully, they had the part I needed. In the end, my device was repaired nicely, and I'm satisfied. To the customer, just call and verify they have the part you need before driving there. The staff is very low and unorganized. We waited for 30 minutes just to speak to a worker. There was a significant lack of staff, which has led to long wait times and inadequate customer service. On 1/22/25, I encountered a particularly frustrating situation where the store manager, working at 6:00 pm, was unhelpful and dismissive of my concerns. Despite the obvious understaffing, the manager did not seem to be making any effort to address the issue, as I only needed to pick up a computer. This lack of attention to customer service and staff support is disappointing and does not reflect well on your store's reputation. I went to have my Acer i5 for repair in the Kapolei location and was charge a service fee without diagnosis. the manager insisted that they charge the fee the minute the start working on the pc. the work they have done was removed 4 screws and said they can not remove the screen and concluded unfixable. At first the technician was willing not to charge me because he know he have not done a thing but the manager insisted I had to pay $59. For taking out 4 screws and putting it back? what a rip off. Besides, a tech that can figure out to remove the screen is out of this world but that's what the services are. I was disappointed and do not recommend this place. My boyfriend has AT&T and his phone screen got broken snowboarding. Got home to Hawaii and even though the AT&T on Ward is the closest to us, they told us even though he had phone insurance, they couldn't fix his phone at their place in town and that we had to drive to uBreakiFix in Kailua (across Moke's) since that's who they have contracted to fix broken AT&T phones. We got there and the guy working was super nice, fixed the screen in under an hour. Found out after that we could have just made an appointment with uBreakiFix and they could've sent someone to meet us in town (like a McDonalds or Jack in the Box parking lot) to fix the phone. So if you have a contract with AT&T and they tell you that you need to go to this place in Kailua, just call uBreakiFix and ask them to meet you in town so you save on the price of gas to drive out there. Apparently they have everything they need to fix your phone in their van and are cool driving to meet you anywhere. read more

Samsung sent me to the store in Kailua and I was helped by Ian. He was great but it was close to closing time so he said he would work on the phone the following day and call us. By late afternoon I hadn't heard anything so I called and was told that they were busy with walk-ins all day and my phone had not yet been touched. I was bothered by this and said so. Ian said that his boss Jose had directed them to help the walk-ins first (he already has my bu$ine$$ so better focus on what's coming through the door... that's GREED for you) and that he was very sorry but that he would be sure to deal with the phone the following day. I decided to call the next day to make sure things were being handled and again was told that they had a lobby full of customers so they had not yet taken a look at my phone. At this point I was quite upset and asked to speak with the manager. This was day three without a phone and I use my phone for home life but also at work so it's a big inconvenience to be without. I spoke with Jose the owner and explained that it made no sense to be helping the walk-in's that were coming through the door that day before my phone a walk-in from three days before. He didn't seem to see any issue with this and proceeded to tell me that I needed to calm down. We argued and I hung up. He then called me back and told me I had disrespected him and therefore he would no longer provide me with the service we had agreed upon and that I should come and pick up my phone. This is the only repair store on island that Samsung works with. I think this is horrible business practice. read more
