Terrible 5 month long experience...came in for a possible iPad screen replacement, oh how we never thought it would turn out this way. During the length of the 5-6 months hes had it, which we understand there were some personal things he had to deal with and we were utterly respectful and patient, nothing was fixed and we could never get updates unless we initiated asking. One thing always turned into another and we were thrown for a loop every week.
