Samsung S24 Ultra battery took longer then normal to charge & discharged very fast despite not using it. T-Mobile said nothing was wrong, looks like it needs a new battery (only 17 months old). I went to We Fix Phones and was told that it was a 95% chance that the battery needed to be replaced. I decided to go ahead and have the battery replaced . I was promised a 1 hour turnaround time. The tech was busy so it took longer. The actual process of replacing the battery took only a few minutes. Cost? $125 + tax. I'm quite satisfied with the service and price. Google told me that the cost would be $100-300! If I ever need phone service outside of warranty, I wouldn't hesitate going back to this place. This is a formal warning to anyone considering this business. The repair was defective, the service was hostile, and we are now filing a complaint with consumer protection agencies. We paid $245 for an iPhone 15 Pro Max screen replacement. Immediately after, the phone was plagued with issues: a "Non-Genuine Part" warning, system lag, screen discoloration, and a blurry front camera. When we returned for a refund, the owner's behavior was appalling. He was aggressive, denied any issues, and tried to keep our receipt. He resorted to making inappropriate and insulting comments about my appearance, called me "picky" for wanting a working device, and told me I should be "grateful." We took the phone to the official Apple Store, where we paid ~$380 to have it fixed properly. We received an official diagnostic report from Apple that confirmed the cheap, third-party screen this shop installed was the direct cause of all the new problems. We are in the process of filing a formal complaint against this business with the Hawaii Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs (DCCA). Finally, it's highly suspicious how this business maintains a perfect 5.0 rating on Google when other platforms like Yelp are full of negative experiences similar to ours. I will be following up on that separately. Do not make the same mistake we did. This owner is unprofessional, and his work is shoddy. You will lose your money and your time. read more

I'm not one for yelp reviews but the service was so good (answered my call at 7pm, came to my house that same night 11pm, and replaced my touchscreen in 10-15 minutes) AND the price was the cheapest I've found on island for iphone 12 screen repair so I felt compelled to shout them out. I do notice the screen color seems to lean slightly blue now, and is more likely to distort under pressure, but I have a good feeling that I'll be able to reach out to him in the morning to get it sorted out.
