Awesome service and a quality repair!!! I'd whole heartedly recommend that you call We Fix iPhones Kailua for your phone repairs. This is actually the second time I've had the pleasure of doing business with them. The first time was for a battery replacement on this same phone and today I contacted them because I needed a screen replacement. I know it doesn't sound like needing a screen replacement is pleasurable but Brett made it about as pleasant as one could ask for. I didn't want to get a new phone because this phone was a gift from my wife so, of course I Yelped where to get the repair done, and requested quote. Brett responded to my quote request in about 90 seconds and soon thereafter was at my house to do the repair. I handed over my shattered, buckling, screen iPhone, so he could so he could repair it in his car, and I was handed back a pristine, new out the box, looking phone that works as good as it looks. I will be a repeat customer of this local business if ever anyone in my family needs a phone repair. read more

5 star to this guy!!!! Highly recommended! He was so fast and so professional. Took less than 15 minutes to get my phone up and running. Such amazing pricing too! He even drove to us!!! We went to windward mall the night before to get my son's phone screen fixed. After being told it would take about an hour half, waiting for 2 hours, and then being told sorry I didn't get to it yet because this other phone is giving me trouble, we left. I would've appreciated a call to let me know instead of waiting 2 hours for nothing. We did a search and found Brett through yelp. Gave him a text and he showed up promptly an hour later to our house. Fixed my son's phone in 15 minutes! And he was $50 less than what T*****d out a********s was going to charge me! Wow! I had no idea they were mobile until I called to see where they were located and right away they were setting up a time to come fix my phone. Called at round 2 and they were available at 4:30, they came to my house for no extra charge. I called a few other places before and the price was the same to fix the screen. Great service. I broke my iPhone 7S phone screen by dropping it. My screen was so shattered I could hardly see anything on it so I needed it replaced soon. He was able to come to my house within the hour to replace my screen. Took him 15 min to do so. It was extremely convenient to not have to drive anywhere, wait in line, and basically pay the same price. Other places quoted me about $5-$8 cheaper, but none of these businesses were close so it would've been ~25min drive. I'm happy with the choice I made, I'd recommend him. He was very communicative, nice, and my new screen works great! read more

Brett Sortland is a scam...He didn't fix my iPhone 6 plus at all and he took my money. I already told him the screen is not the problem but he went and changed my screen. The next day I told him he didn't fix my phone, I bought an expensive otter box to protect my phone but he told me my case was defective and damaged my phone. What a dumb. I wouldn't recommend him at all. Please don't go to him. Find a real professional one, not a fraud. I just don't have time to go to the court, it's only a small claim but I don't want anybody here to be the next victim. FRAUD read more

I talked to one employee that took a look at my iPad and confirmed the price and time to pick up (2 hours). I also confirmed again with the guy who managed the payment that it would take two hours. I show up around 4:45pm and no one greets me walking in. So I walk up (five minutes later) to the first employee and asked if the tablet is ready. She told me, "Oh you're early, I just have to put on the screen." It had been 2+ hours since I dropped off so I was confused but I said I will wait till they are done. I came back around 50 minutes later and the repair is not done yet. At this point it is already 5:45pm and it has not been finished. I wait until 6:18pm and she hands me it without apologizing for the wait or anything. I regret not saying anything about the time issue but it feels conflicting because of all the things I signed and I am not sure if I am in right to. The problem is not how long it takes, but it was the misinformation about when pick up would be. I confirmed with two people that it would be ready in two hours. It came out to almost 6 hours. I would not have minded dropping it off and coming back another time, if they had communicated that. But I was told it was 2 hours so I waited there, standing in the store and not wanting to rush the employees. The repair itself is excellent but the customer service was conflicting. I paid $329.84 and expected quality care. I do wish I had a better experience because it seems others do.

He asked me for the necessary computer information and was able to give me a reasonable price that was way cheaper than buying a new laptop! He was very responsive throughout the process and let me know when he had ordered the part for my computer screen fix. He casually said, "Just come by anytime, and I will take care of everything." Being a former New Yorker, I was quite skeptical. I arrived, and instantly, his calm demeanor lowered my blood pressure by 100 points. I gave him my list of things I wanted him to do with all my iPads, phones, and devices. I.e., full diagnostics, factory resets, security systems, etc., then factory resetting everything. After that, I secured the main device and had him reinstall everything. I was ready and expected to spend thousands of dollars. He calmly spent a while asking me a bunch of questions. To make a long story short, he told me that he could do everything I asked, but he had a different solution. He started to explain what he wanted to do. I then asked him to talk to me as if I were 10 years old, then realized a 10-year-old knew more than I did, so I told him to speak to me like I was his grandfather. When officers visited the hospital and saw Dave recovering, they clarified everything for her. I'm writing this in case anyone stumbles upon that review. He quickly said he would meet me in Kailua at 1330. He was early, took less than 15 min to fix my screen and even helped me with a screen saver to make sure this did not happen again.
