Worse experience ever. I took my iPad in for repair. They've had it over 3 weeks. They made me feel…read moreas if I was bothering them when I called to check on the status. When I grew tired of playing the when will it be ready game, I told them I'll just come get it and take it to Apple. I had a feeling they weren't experienced enough. When I showed up to retrieve my iPad, he told me it was not ready, and can I come tomorrow. I showed up the next day, during normal business hours, and the store was locked. Closed up for the day. So I returned the following day, to an iPad that was STILL in pieces. When he handed me the iPad it had not one screw in there to hold it together. The screen was not in place, none of the components were in its proper places and he couldn't find the power cable that was left with it. When I left this store I ended up just throwing the whole iPad in the trash. I will never return to this store. Thank you Gerald, for nothing!!

They told me that normally the screen has to be replaced as well since it was thin and usually broke during the repair. I prepaid for the service so they could order the battery inland advance and I would just have to take the device in for the replacement. Went here with my brother a few weeks ago to repair his phone screen. Osiris was the person who…read morehelped us and he was super personable and helpful; even gave us a discount on the repair. He also looked at my phone camera and fixed it without charge (needed a soft reset). I went back two weeks later and Osiris helped me out again by looking at my phone. I tried to fix my phone myself by buying a screen off Amazon. For some reason the phone didn't turn on after I tried to fix it myself, but Osiris took a look at it and fixed it for me free of charge. He will diagnose your phone first free of charge and then let you know if it's fixable or not and will tell you the price up front; no hidden charges or extra fees later on. I will keep going back here in the future for any phone related issues.

I have my mother on my plan and she really only uses her phone for calls, texts and pictures. So I made the decision to upgrade my phone and give her my old one. Once I started messing with her phone I realized in all the years she has owned it, it had never been backed up tk the cloud. Yikes. Her biggest desire was that she not lose her pictures. I was worried since her phone was so old. I called the AT&T store and ended up talking to Shawn (Alishan). He was so friendly and helpful on the phone and told me to just bring it in and he would help me take great care of her. Before I went in I tried backing her phone up to the cloud because I knew that would make everything so simple. Thankfully that worked. When we walked in Shawn immediately started helping us. Her SIM card wouldn't work in the new phone so he replaced it for us. He made sure that her new phone was able to be set up easily because I had backed it up to the cloud. I am so thankful that it ended up being the best case scenario but I have no doubt Shawn would have made it happen regardless of how hard it would have been. He is a huge asset to that store.
