It is now 11:20 a.m., and the doors are still locked with no employees in sight and no explanation provided to customers waiting outside. I called the store number and eventually reached an inventory specialist who said he would "see what's going on," but by that point I had already wasted 20+ minutes of my time. Things happen, but customers deserve basic communication and respect. If you're going to open late, post a sign, send a notification, or let customers know what's going on. Standing outside a locked store with no information is frustrating and unprofessional. My time is valuable, and today it was completely disregarded.
