They don't hold new phones but they give courtesy calls when they have it in stock. Even if your not going to purchase anything, they will graciously help you with any questions or tech support. This is my new Tmobile go-to store! They even have sales on quality speakers like the Jclip or UE rolls. Way cheaper than Target or Radio Shack. I bought 5 altogether plus they have the 4 pack of Slim Tiles for under $100 and you can do the installment plan so it's easy on the budget.
