Nightmare!! I left my laptop for a minor fix and add memory. It took 3 weeks to do work, 0 phone calls from them & I had to constantly go to the store for updates. Over 3 weeks later I sat down to get back to work THEY WIPED OUT 10 YEARS of my organization. NOTHING, completely wiped out. I took it immediately back. No phone calls, updates & again, I had to go to store & now a month later, there's nothing they can do to retrieve my data. DO NOT trust this company. This has been an expensive, time consuming nightmare & noone has even cared or tried to help. UPDATE: The reply below is bogus. I called, created a ticket, was told I would receive a call from a case manager within 24-48 hours. I'm on day 3 now with no phone call from the store or this "customer service" reply. I called and creacted ANOTHER ticket. Still waiting on a call. MEANWHILE, the store still has my laptop (1 month now) my $$ (several 100 $$) and they will not return a call either. When I call the store, it goes to a voicemail that has not been setup. The incompetence here goes deep. My laptop has not been resolved, noone is calling me back, and noone is working on the issue. Cracked the screen on my Samsung Galaxy S20 and decided to take it in to uBreakiFix since they were an authorized Samsung service center. Made an appointment for the following day and dropped by phone off at approx. 1045AM. Was told it should be ready by 1230PM. Arrived at the store about 10-15 minutes before 1 they needed my SIM to run the phone through testing which could take 20-30 minutes. I did expect this since I was told it would be needed as part of the repair process. Unfortunately, I left my wallet at home so I left my SIM and returned for my wallet thinking that it would be done when I returned. We returned to the store a few minutes before 1 and said it was not done and it would be a few more minutes. I remained in the lobby waiting for the my phone and while other customers came in. There was no consistent presence at the desk and you could hear a 'we will be with you in a few moments' coming from the back. Some customer left after several minutes and others stayed until they could speak with someone. Over the course of the day, I watched at least 4-6 customers leave after no one came from the back. In some cases, it was upwards of 20+ minutes before someone came out after entering the store. I spent a majority of my afternoon waiting in the lobby only to find out that first repair had an issues where the ribbon cable was not seated and the device was not charging correctly and would not pass the Samsung testing protocol. The phone had to be opened back up and that issues was addressed. So then I waited again for the phone to reach its desired charging level so that it could be tested. After another 1-1.5 hours found out that there was an issue with the camera now not passing. It was now well after 5PM and I said I would just leave the phone as the number of customers waiting grew to a line outside. I was told that the employee would use her own SIM to test the device so that I could keep mine to use overnight in another device I had. Got a text the next morning that the device was ready. Drove up to the store and found that the Samsung testing had not been completed and that my SIM card would be needed along with an additional 15-20+ minutes. I was frustrated, but gave my SIM to complete the process and told them I would be right outside the door in the white car. 30 minutes pass and I had to go in and say something to found out if the they were done. The phone was given to me with the new Samsung kit installed. A lot of the newer Samsung devices now come with a plastic screen protecter. The replacement screen on mine did have this screen protector installed, but has what appears to be razor scratches on it. Overall, it was a terrible experience. I would attribute most of this being to lack of resources to staff the store. Considering the overall experience I went through, I was hoping for some sort of discount would be offered, but that was not the case. I would have rather had shipped the device to Samsung to have it repaired to then have wasted most of my day and going through the experience I had. I brought my phone in because I thought the screen was cracked. The technician looked at the screen and began to peel off the cracked glass. Horrible experience. Dropped off phone on 8/14. I was told diagnostics for water damage would take 48 hours. When I returned on 08/17 to pick up, there was a sign on the door stating business was closed due to staffing and illness. The next day a staff member was at the location, but did not have a key to retrieve my phone from the locked cabinet. The store has been closed ever since. I made multiple calls to corporate with no resolution. Finally was able to pick up my phone on 8/27 when the store reopened. Almost two weeks! And guess what? It wasn't repaired. read more

I think this place should be renamed to I Break it You Fix It. My screen was broken but they broke the phone. They told me because I wasn't complaining, they would send it off for free, to fix what THEY had broken. It was going to take a week. I went to Target and bought a new phone and had the husband go get the old one. They told him it would be $25 to reassemble the phone. I went in and raised hell and got my phone back. Honestly, I was a little nervous actually a lot nervous because I saw the reviews online and I was not expecting a good experience. However, the first conversation that I had with someone over the phone was EXTREMELY helpful and informative and professional. I was calling to verify information to make sure that they had my claim and that they were going to be able to resolve my issue and get details on what to expect when I dropped it off. I thought that I was greeted by the same person I was on the phone with however, it was someone different who was as equally informative and helpful, and in fact, the store was closing 15 minutes before I arrived, and he said he would fix it for me right there and then if he had the correct screen to do so. Brandon stayed late to fix my phone on his own accord. So I definitely need to let everyone know that I had a great experience and I would highly recommend any of my customers to come back to this location. read more

THEY DESTROYED MY PHONE!! I took my phone, a Google Pixel 4Xl, to this facility today 2/12/2022, to have a cracked screen repaired. It was WORKING when I went in. It had the capability to make and receive calls when I arrived! I left my phone at 11:39 a.m. I was told it was going to take 3-4 hours for the repair (which I thought was excessive for a cracked screen). I returned at 4:00 only to be told the screen they had used to replace the cracked one was "defective" and they had to replace the replacement! I waited ANOTHER hour. I received my phone back with a near dead battery (2%). I left the facility shortly after 5:00 to begin my hour and a half drive back home. I plugged it into the car charger and shortly attempted to make a call. It is telling me that there is no SIM Card in it and I can only make emergency calls! I AM UNABLE TO USE THE PHONE AT ALL!! In looking in the phone, there is a sim card, however, due to the "REPAIR" my phone no longer functions. NEVER AGAIN!! I drove over 3 hours only to end the day with a non functioning cell phone. Now I am waiting for a replacement phone from the insurance company scheduled to arrive on TUESDAY! Even though the young man at the counter was kind, the service and end result was absolutely terrible! I would never recommend this business to anyone!! read more
