I brought my iPad in to be fixed. My experience was delightful. The service and the attitude were phenomenal.

Nightmare!! I left my laptop for a minor fix and add memory. It took 3 weeks to do work, 0 phone calls from them & I had to constantly go to the store for updates. Over 3 weeks later I sat down to get back to work THEY WIPED OUT 10 YEARS of my organization. NOTHING, completely wiped out. I took it immediately back. No phone calls, updates & again, I had to go to store & now a month later, there's nothing they can do to retrieve my data. DO NOT trust this company. This has been an expensive, time consuming nightmare & noone has even cared or tried to help. UPDATE: The reply below is bogus. I called, created a ticket, was told I would receive a call from a case manager within 24-48 hours. I'm on day 3 now with no phone call from the store or this "customer service" reply. I called and creacted ANOTHER ticket. Still waiting on a call. MEANWHILE, the store still has my laptop (1 month now) my $$ (several 100 $$) and they will not return a call either. When I call the store, it goes to a voicemail that has not been setup. The incompetence here goes deep. My laptop has not been resolved, noone is calling me back, and noone is working on the issue. Let's see if I get an automated reply again to call "customer servicie". read more

I brought my phone in because I thought the screen was cracked. The technician looked at the screen and began to peel off the cracked glass. The screen wasn't broken at all, just the tempered glass I had put on to protect it! I was very pleased with the honesty of the business. I recommend uBreakiFix! read more

Horrible experience. Dropped off phone on 8/14. I was told diagnostics for water damage would take 48 hours. When I returned on 08/17 to pick up, there was a sign on the door stating business was closed due to staffing and illness. The next day a staff member was at the location, but did not have a key to retrieve my phone from the locked cabinet. The store has been closed ever since. I made multiple calls to corporate with no resolution. Finally was able to pick up my phone on 8/27 when the store reopened. Almost two weeks! And guess what? It wasn't repaired. read more

I think this place should be renamed to I Break it You Fix It. My screen was broken but they broke the phone. They told me because I wasn't complaining, they would send it off for free, to fix what THEY had broken. It was going to take a week. I went to Target and bought a new phone and had the husband go get the old one. They told him it would be $25 to reassemble the phone. I went in and raised hell and got my phone back. Honestly, I was a little nervous actually a lot nervous because I saw the reviews online and I was not expecting a good experience. However, the first conversation that I had with someone over the phone was EXTREMELY helpful and informative and professional. I was calling to verify information to make sure that they had my claim and that they were going to be able to resolve my issue and get details on what to expect when I dropped it off. I thought that I was greeted by the same person I was on the phone with however, it was someone different who was as equally informative and helpful, and in fact, the store was closing 15 minutes before I arrived, and he said he would fix it for me right there and then if he had the correct screen to do so. Brandon stayed late to fix my phone on his own accord. So I definitely need to let everyone know that I had a great experience and I would highly recommend any of my customers to come back to this location. read more

THEY DESTROYED MY PHONE!! I took my phone, a Google Pixel 4Xl, to this facility today 2/12/2022, to have a cracked screen repaired. It was WORKING when I went in. It had the capability to make and receive calls when I arrived! I left my phone at 11:39 a.m. I was told it was going to take 3-4 hours for the repair (which I thought was excessive for a cracked screen). I returned at 4:00 only to be told the screen they had used to replace the cracked one was "defective" and they had to replace the replacement! I waited ANOTHER hour. I received my phone back with a near dead battery (2%). I left the facility shortly after 5:00 to begin my hour and a half drive back home. I plugged it into the car charger and shortly attempted to make a call. It is telling me that there is no SIM Card in it and I can only make emergency calls! I AM UNABLE TO USE THE PHONE AT ALL!! In looking in the phone, there is a sim card, however, due to the "REPAIR" my phone no longer functions. NEVER AGAIN!! I drove over 3 hours only to end the day with a non functioning cell phone. Now I am waiting for a replacement phone from the insurance company scheduled to arrive on TUESDAY! Even though the young man at the counter was kind, the service and end result was absolutely terrible! I would never recommend this business to anyone!! read more
