You are not in good hands. I brought my phone in when its side button stopped responding to presses/clicks. They told me the button needed to be replaced and charged me about $100 for the repair. When I got it back, I quickly noticed that the button, which also has touch-sensitive functionality, was no longer responding to swipes up and down, which had always worked fine. I returned it so they could fix this new problem. After hearing nothing for about six days, I called them. The swiping wasn't working, they said, because the replacement button they installed did not have that functionality. They said they couldn't find a proper replacement button, so they used one that worked halfway. At no point during the repair process was I told that I would lose this functionality and that they were not fully repairing my phone. Had I known this beforehand, I absolutely would have looked for a shop that could fully fix my device or considered putting my $100 towards a new phone. If they knew their replacement wasn't fully functional and didn't tell me before accepting my money, that's a scam. If they didn't know until after I pointed it out, they are too ignorant to be repairing devices. Either way, forget these guys. read more

I recently had my screen replaced here. Not even a day later the screen is coming off. The screen also is covering the front camera causing facial recognition to not work properly. There is also now a small crack in the screen from pushing the lifted screen back down on the phone. I took the phone back and they fixed it under warranty. I recommend this place for sure. read more

DO NOT GO THERE !! I took my phone to them and either July or August when I get the phone back it had been charged the phone then lost his charge so I went to charge it the second I tried it gave me an error it refused to charge it was doing exactly the same thing it was doing the reason I paid them almost $200 to fix it so I took it back they said hey let me charge it and let me see what's wrong they contact me and told me to come back and pick it up because what I needed was a new charger I said okay fine well as I stayed it to you all before I don't need the phone right now but pretty soon I have to turn this phone back in and I will use it then and I will get it a new wireless charger as suggested to me and I thank them for their service well when I was ready to find use the phone I bought a new wireless charger in fact I bought as well charger for the wall Lord behold I got the same error message my phone didn't work so when I call I talk to a gentleman there and very nice man and he told me I had a warranty on the phone bring the phone back cuz I have been trying to contact them and contact them I even called their Olive Branch store because I couldn't reach them finally I did and it was almost October and the gentleman told me he had been out of town and they had had issues there all sort of thing which is fine so he told me to bring my phone back to them they have had my phone since the beginning of October it is now the 30th today and I still haven't got my phone back from them I called them and the manager James talk to me like I was total garbage he was so rude and so nasty saying that they had done everything for my phone everything and it was my fault the reason the phone was tore up he claimed that it took them from the beginning of October till now still accuse me of burning out the motherboard to a phone I was never able to charge in the first place the reason I kept bringing it back he was so full much further as to insult me and say that fun I'm concerned you went to the the Dollar Tree or Stockton some old gas station garage and got some crap and put it in the phone and tore it up I mean I am 55 years old and I have never been talked to like that by white men ever he told me to hurry up and come and pick up my phone cuz it's nothing easy for me they've had my phone all this time a phone they claim was no good well he claimed and it's destroyed I have nothing I was borrowing someone's phone and now I got to continue to borrow somebody's phone because I can't afford to buy a new one that's why I wanted him to fix it and to be talked to like I was nothing I think he is a true racist bigot and he more than was willing to show me how little I meant to him my advice to anyone if you were black or minority do not go to that store on Park because I looked at the reviews on other sites as well all the reviews that were a compliment were people of the same origin I'm truly disgusted and I'm so so hurt and so so disappointed cuz when I walked in that store it was not about race or anything else I didn't care about that and I still don't people are people at least to me people are people people and you just don't treat somebody like that he knows that he's not going to be without but I have completely lost out and I have no way to fix it I thought they were the answer but James was more than willing to let me know then they are not the answer for anything for somebody like me read more

Do not go here. I really hate to write a negative review but the citizens of Olive Branch needs to be warned about the incompetences that are internal to the business from top to bottom. I paid to have my IPhone X repaired. They ordered the parts and in a couple of days I was notified the parts were in. I went to the store and I was told it would be ready in 2o minutes. 4 hours later I left with a severely broken phone that could not even make calls, texts, emails etc. It worked great when I took it there and it only had a cracked screen. I was told by the incompetent tech there was nothing else they could do that night. I asked to speak to the owner/manager and was told the same thing. The following day I returned to the store and the owner, manager and technician was there. I was told they ordered another screen. That the screen they tried to put on was defective and did not have all the parts that I had paid for. They assured me they would have the correct parts by 1 or 2pm the following day. I returned at 1pm and was told they had not received their order. Then the manager tracked the order and said some curse words under his breath and went in the back to make a call. He then came out and asked me to return at 3. I returned and was told that Fedex refused to to deliver the part and it would be Monday. I told the manger considering his reaction when I was there at 1pm that he knew that they had screwed up on the order then and it would not be in. He concurred, but asked me 4to come back anyway. The part that I left off is when I was originally there for 4 hours waiting on the "20 minute" fix I was told on 2 separate times during that wait it was ready. They attempted to send me out the door twice with broken phone pretending it was repaired. When I spoke to the owner about a potential legal action his response was "go ahead and sue us!" When I asked for their corporate office number, they provided me with an incorrect number. read more
