I was told by Eddy that the repair would be $250, but since they didn't have that screen available, he said the "better" screen would be $300. I agreed because I thought I was getting a higher-quality replacement. When I picked up my phone, the screen was loose and it stopped working shortly after. I went back to have it fixed, and they told me the warranty wouldn't cover it and that I'd have to pay another $200. This was extremely frustrating considering the issue happened right after their repair. Very unprofessional experience, misleading pricing, and poor quality work. I brought my iPhone 15 pro here to get the rear screen replaced through my insurance Asurion. I checked in with the front desk and let them know why I was dropping off the phone. She checked her system and said it would be ready in 3 hours. When I came back 3 hours later my phone was in pieces and they said that the insurance would not cover the repair and they could not put the phone back together because the back glass was shattered . Instead of verifying with my insurance before doing the repair and calling me they left me the option of giving me my phone in pieces and not able to turn on or paying $200 for a back screen when Apple only charges $170. They bully you into paying for a service since they know you need your phone. read more

I think I paid $90 for my iPhone 8+ replacement I sent it to Verizon for my trade in and had no issues with Verizon, they accepted the fix. My phone had damage to its lcd light so I had flashing lines on my screen. after a hour or so of my apt they fixed it (sooner than their predicted time frame). Great service read more

Would not recommend this business. Don't waste your time and energy with them. They have no respect for your time. I contacted them at 5PM, while creating a claim with Asurion, to be sure that they could complete my repair before closing at 7PM. I was told yes only to be turned away when I arrived. Then they went on to tell me that a screen repair is truly a 24 hour repair but they need 2 hours to complete it and had too much work. There were other excuses given that made no sense. My only complaint is the claim took forever to be seen on their computer end which led to me having to wait an extra day for my phone to be fixed. My second experience with them and the issue was resolved. The store is under new management and now charges a 3% Credit card transaction fee . This is the cost of doing business and I feel it is ridiculous. Most of your customers are using credit or debit. You want to bring customers to the store so what if customers charged you a travel expense incl gas and wear and tear fee of 3%. Good service overall. After they finally repaired my screen the guy said that some liquid was left in the front Cabrera and that I would have to file another claim for that. After filling a new claim I asked for this location. Eduardo saw the problem with the camera and took care of me. Updating my previous review from a few days ago. Only giving 4 stars now because they still have an internal tracking issue that needs to be fixed. After MANY phone calls to the store and to corporate we finally received our computer repaired and in great working order. Carlos helped us and went out of his way to ensure the safe delivery. I will say, the process for tracking their computers that are sent out for repairs is substandard. At least in our experience. Not sure if its a Fed Ex issue, an internal supply chain / tracking system issue. Either way, our computer was missing in transit for almost two weeks. Extremely stressful for a college student. I went in to repair a cracked iphone back. They did not have the color so they put a black one temporarily and told me they would order a new red one. They told me it would take 60 min. It took 90 min, and then they had the audacity to say because I was hurrying them, they made a crack on the new back they were putting on. Initially I didnt care much, because it was gonna get replaced soon with the new red back. I am writing this review one month after that visit, countless phone calls after that visit, and still to this day that piece has either never been ordered, never been shipped, or I've been lied to 100 times. This place, straight up has to have THE WORST customer experience I've EVER experienced. I took in my PS4 Pro in to repair as it was no longer reading discs on Friday May 8th. First things first, they found duplicate customer profiles of mine in their system, couldn't figure out how to merge them, so they made ANOTHER profile, thanks, I appreciate you adding my information in triplicate because you aren't trained in how to properly merge client profiles. To begin with, their alleged diagnostic of my device was "Very Poor" I get it...my device was dusty maybe some light cosmetic scratches. But NOWHERE was my device as their company describes in a "Very Poor" condition which is "Device severely, physically, and/or cosmetically damaged. Device broken apart, pieces missing, scuffs, scratches, dents all over, etc". My device sits in a wall unit, and is never moved, and I brought my device in one piece....how is that broken apart or missing pieces? I gave them the whole weekend to look over my device. I understand...Coronavirus, things can be backed up. Didn't receive a phone call until the week of May 11th...ok fine, let's assume the store is backed up on repairs (store was completely empty of clients as were in the middle of a PANDEMIC when I went in AND they have other UBreakIFix locations closed, due to what I'm sure is lack of foot traffic). After a conversation with one of the male technicians, he said he would look over my device, clean it first to see if my optical drive was just dusty for a charge of $50, as sometimes thats the issue with discs not reading, I said go ahead. I then got a call back that same day that my optical drive needed replacement. The technician confirmed on whether I would be willing to pay for the piece after clarifying that it would cost more than advertised because it is a Pro Model, and have the new optical drive shipped in as they didnt have the piece in stock, I of course agreed. He also forewarned that it would take about 3-4 days to receive the piece, and that it maybe be backed up because of COVID-19, I said no problem go ahead with the repair. I hear NOTHING from the store, so I figured that they were backed up (mind you I've been ordering from other online retailers...eBay, Amazon with no massive issues at all with shipping delays other than maybe a day or so delay). I get a phone call, the week of May 29th...from another male technician as a follow-up to my repair, and to my disbelief whether I wanted to confirm my ordering a new optical drive for $200, more than what's advertised becuase it's a Pro model, an optical drive that I had ordered over two weeks prior, and then had the audacity to rewarn me about delays. At this point, I was committed as I'm basically 20 days into having them repair my PS4 Pro, I let the employee know that their team had already confirmed ordering the piece with me, and I approved my repair. No apology, no explanation, just silence on the other end while I'm waiting for an answer as to why they fumbled something like a PS4 Pro, which I'm pretty sure isn't like a common iPhone screen repair that they deal with more often as per your reviews. I call the store today June 2nd about a week and a half from the last time they had gotten in touch with me to follow up on the status of my device. This time around the piece they ordered apparently had come in, AND WAS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH MY DEVICE! Now I'm stuck waiting again, for them to order ANOTHER OPTICAL DRIVE, because I can almost bet they ordered a drive for a PS4 and not a PS4 Pro, even after they warned me about upcharges, delays and everything. As if to add insult to injury, I asked the technician to check and see when my device was scheduled to come in...and he gladly obliged! So you mean to tell me that you've had access to shipping times, when during the first diagnostic and cleaning of my device, your team was warning me about potential delays that they have no control over? Let's not even get started that they had received an optical drive in record time of a within a week and a half span and now conveniently in the process of ordering another one without informing me first (I would've IMMEDIATELY taken my device elsewhere for repair) due to their inability at diagnosing to work effectively. Again, I get it...Coronavirus, things are all messed up for everyone...we'll see what happens then, because if this repair is not done I will most definitely be getting in touch with their corporate for a second time, because I am paying a premium to get this fixed. I found this place on google yesterday, looking for a place to fix my daughters' ipads and cellphones, and decided to give it a try, considering some good reviews it had. I arrived to the store around 4:15pm today, on a very hot day in Miami, with two kids, a 2 and a 6 year old. They had many signs on the door saying: "only 4 costumers allowed inside", even though inside they have clearly marked 6 standing spots, but I followed their guidelines and waited outside since there were two parties of costumers inside, one group of 3 and another single costumer. After 10 minutes, my babies and I were literally melting, and the little one was crying and screaming, so I decided to go inside the store. I waited at a corner, for another 10 minutes, and even though there were two costumer service members there by the register, not even one of them greeted me or even made eye contact with me. They moved from one side to the other in the store, helped the costumers they were taking care of, and one of them even helped a costumer that arrived after me who was just there to pick up an order. My little one started running around and crying again, so I got tired of the waiting and the extremely poor service this store had offered me. They didn't even bother to welcome us or tell me they would be with me in some minutes, nothing. They completely ignored me as a costumer, and I left to another repair store that I also found on the internet, who provided me with a completely different experience and valued me as a costumer. Ubreakifix Kendall simply lost the opportunity to gain a costumer who needed four repairs done, I took my business and left my dollars somewhere else, and they have earned a pretty bad reputation with me, in case they even care about costumers. I went in because my laptop was having issues. After two weeks they told me it was the battery. They couldn't get the battery so I got them one and brought it to them. Once I picked up the laptop it was doing the exact same thing. I left it for them to diagnose again and when I checked the status online it stated "awaiting device". I dropped off my external hard drive because the USB port was loose. I was told I needed to restore the data and to drop off a new drive. I explained its for a MAC and he said no problem. He quoted me $150 or if I signed up to their monthly subscription it would be free, so I signed up. After a week of not hearing from them I called and I was told they needed me to drop off my computer because the couldn't do MAC. No one called or emailed me so had I not called I would not have known. They claimed I was on vacation, I have no idea where they made that up from. Before dropping off my laptop I asked how long it would take since I work virtually, he said same day. I go to drop it off and I'm told 2-3 days. I explained everything that has happened to this point and he shrugged his shoulders. I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and was told there wasn't one so I asked for one to call me. I came back a few days later after I was able to coordinate for work. The person that accepted my laptop said to come back the next morning. He told me the entire staff was new and they were short handed as to explain my experience with them. I went the next morning to pick it up, almost 3 weeks later. The guy handed me my hard drive in 5 pieces and said they couldn't recover anything and that I had to call a professional and gave me a flyer. The cable to my hard drive is missing. When I asked why no one called me and where the cable was he shrugged his shoulders and told me he had to take the next person. Almost in tears at this point, I said I wanted to cancel the membership and he said he couldn't do that, that I had to call a 1-800 number. I called and was left on hold for over 30 minutes and still have not been able to get a hold of anyone. I don't understand this lack of communication and deplorable customer service. I don't understand how the hard drive was handed to me in pieces and missing the cable. Yo lo lleve a uBreakfix para que le cambiaran el cristal para que el.niños no se cortara el dedo ya que tiene 3 años. Me dijeron que se demoraban 48 horas para cambiar el cristal, cuando fui a recoger el iPad me dijeron que cambiando el cristal dañaron el bottom del iPad. Que tenían que encargar uno. Cuando lo fui a recoger no estaba listo , tuve que venir otro día a recogerlo . Cuando al fin pude recoger el iPad. Y lo lleve a mi casa semanas después el bottom se le hundió y se quedaba trabado lo traje de nuevo donde pudieron arreglar el bottom pero me empezó a dar problemas el cristal que pusieron. La pantalla habría las aplicaciones solas . Lo traje otra vez le cambiaron el cristal y se solucionó lo de las aplicaciones pero empezó el problema del bottom otras ves yo e traído 2 veces más para que arreglen el bottom y el técnico con muy mala forma me dice que eso no tiene solución que cada ves que el trate de arreglar el bottom me a pasar eso por eso no se puede arreglar. I did, 3 times, when at 5pm no one called me back I decided to drive to the closest location, bad idea. I walked in and no one was at the desk, 10 minutes later a guy comes from the back as another customer is walking in, he proceeds to ignore me standing at the desk to greet him. He then finds out what the other customer needs after listening to him he takes his phone and goes to the back to work on it.
