After having it for four hours I was told they could not fix it. Not wanting to give up on it, I took it to iDevice to get a second opinion as they repaired my Apple Watch a couple of years ago. I was called the next day by the owner/technician informing me that the charging port was bad. I was given a price and then I asked that it be fixed. He called later that same day to tell me it was ready for pick up. It's up and running as it should and I was given a six month warranty. I was impressed at that they were able to diagnose the problem and get it fixed within one day. Both husband and wife displayed great customer service which is rare today and iDevice will definitely be my go to business if needed in the future.

I called ALL OVER ORLANDO and no one carried the part, except here. I spoke to Andrew and he put the part on hold for me for the next morning since they were about to close. It was about 30 minutes from my side of town, but I drove out and Andrew fixed my phone the next morning, and for less than anywhere else!! Score! I had my rear camera for my vacation and was able to take lots of pictures! Unfortunately, the new camera they put in shorted out my front camera on the phone. They told me it was heavily infested, and there was likely damage. They assured me I was in good hands, and were able to repair my Xbox and clean out all the roaches. Both gentlemen there (can't remember your names, I'm sorry) were honest, kind, professional, and communicative throughout the repair. They charged a very fair price considering the amount of work they had to do to get it cleaned and fixed, and they did so quickly. I can't recommend them highly enough, this has to be the best electronics repair shop in the Orlando area.
