I dropped my laptop off Sunday the 21st of June where I was told by the guy at the front desk they had the Liquid Metal I needed then told it would be done the latest Tuesday morning. As I work in Lansing I requested my mother to go and pick it up Wednesday where she was told and called me and put the phone on speaker that the Liquid Metal they had actually wasn't correct and the new Liquid Metal would be there later that day. I eventually showed up to the store the 27th where I was told again the Liquid Metal wasn't there and I requested a tracking number and better updates. The shop claimed they had reached out but after review of my phone records no attempts were made until after that Saturday. They eventually put the new Liquid Metal in when it had arrived and messaged me about this and then called telling me the fix did not work. On Thursday July 2nd my mother had returned to pick up the laptop. When I came home July 3rd to see if everything worked out good I find many more Scrapes and scratches on the laptop and when turning it on the fans had a hitting sound leading me to believe the laptop was assembled incorrectly when picked up. The 1 star rating does not reflect my opinion of this store as I believe it to be much lower. I find it insane to charge nearly 200$ for a Liquid Metal replacement then after 2 weeks of waiting receiving a laptop that has more issues than when I dropped it off. This store created more issues to the point i don't feel comfortable turning this laptop back on. A new laptop in 2024 that cost 3600$ that now is a paperweight till a competent repair place looks into this and hopefully can repair it. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PC'S HERE. read more

These guys took a look at my phone, tested it properly, and helped me figure out how to get it charging again. I wish I knew about them before I tried to fix it myself. I would highly recommend bringing your broken phone to these folks because they will be able to assess what's going on, honestly diagnose it, and then get it fixed at a reasonable price. For Samsung phone fix, absolutely will visit again with genuine parts that the franchise has with Samsung. For Apple iPhone, no because the parts are unreliable after the 90-day warranty especially with the cheaper OLED screen (which is fine for temporary fix. make sure for iPhone X or newer, to do memory write on non-genuine parts, because my technician overlooked this at first so I had to visit second time) I had to fix my iPhone X second time thru official Apple stores and Best Buy (authorized repair) once I got pink line come through and the screen top layer also started coming off (not the touch glass either after further Apple technician look) People are knowledgeable and prompt though read more

I had an appointment at 3 pm today. I arrived at 2:45 and they told me they "can't do it today they got to busy in the morning." I was just replacing the front screen on my iPhone 11. I had made the appointment days before. When I asked what the point of making an appointment was the young man went in the back to speak with someone. He came out with a new screen and said "I can do it but only with this screen. It's $419." I said "You had all day to tell me you couldn't honor my appointment and you waited until I got here." They did what Apple couldn't... figured out the issue with my iPhone and fixed it. I like that they actually perform diagnostics by replacing a screen and battery to first see if that solves the issue. Once we realized it was the screen I was provided a few product options. Incredible experience! When my toddler smashed the screen on my iphone 8 plus, I expected the repair process to be tedious and annoying. These guys made it so simple. After an hour and $85, the phone looks like new. I also really enjoyed the fact that they gave me a quote about cost and repair time over the phone. Took in my iPhone Xs for water damage (display is blank). Elias took my phone in on June 6th, 2022 and gave me a receipt for 0$ (I was told if I buy Asurion insurance worth 25$ I will get my water damage cleaning for free). Next day on June 7th, 2022 I was called and told iPhone display is non-repairable and needs to be replaced with OEM display worth 380$ (or) after market display worth 100$. As I did not want to pursue either options I told I will come to take back my phone and returned on June 12th, 2022. To my surprise iPhone display is cracked and Elias said it was pre-existent during my iPhone drop-off. He said he mentioned the same in his notes during check-in on receipt. My mistake is not to notice the lies put in on the receipt during drop-off. Even after asking to look at the CCTV footage to verify my claim (iPhone display is perfectly fine) I was turned down saying it is too distant and cannot be verified and argued back that as per their notes it is cracked during drop-off. I was given option to replace display for 50$ but I didn't pursue it as I don't trust these guys no more. I am severely disappointed and would never ever go to this place for repair again. read more
