They did a really great job fixing my screen! I was dumb and dropped my phone so the frame was dented a little bit, and the screen was also impacted on the side. The overall cost for me was $290 + tax, which is kind of expensive, but also, my phone is a Galaxy S10+ so I understand why. HOWEVER. The frame was replaced for free, and so was the battery! I came here for help I shattered the screen of my phone and my late husband pictures and videos were in it and I was so heartbroken that all those memories are gone but a friend recommended me ubreakifx when I called the store I got a very friendly and helpful voice and I explained what the issue is and he put me in ease and let me know that everything will be fine and it will only take two hours for the repair when I got there the same person that I talk to (Elias) helped me check in and he put me in ease that the phone will be repaired and there is a very high chance that the phone will be functional again and when I came back the phone was just like brand new and all my husbands memory came back, I cannot emphasize enough of how much I recommend this place if you ever get in a situation where you think there is no more chances for my phone give these guys a call and ask for Elias he is so helpful and respectful specially specially to the elderly he was so patient with me. read more

I broke my I phone screen and they fixed it at a reasonable price. They picked up the phone when I called which is nice in this day and age. Greeted me warmly. They wanted to know what I broke and that they could fix. I was able to drop off my phone and get it back all within 2 hrs of my dropping it. Pretty awesome. They tested my battery and hooked me up with an OEM replacement while they had her opened up on the table. Battery is working great holding a charge for longer and quickly charging up. I paid $116 for the whole kit and caboodle. Both of the young gents who took care of me were polite and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to friends and family. I took my computer to the Troy location for a broken latch and when I called I was told they couldn't fix it. No problem, I picked it up and took it to another repair shop in Royal Oak who could fix it. However it was there I learned that they didn't brother to reassemble my computer. Left screws laying loose inside the computer. They also damaged a very small cable attached to the motherboard and my CD drive, which is now unrepairable and the part is not available. That's just sloppy work. Seek help elsewhere. read more

lower than 1 star isnt an option !! Took my iphone X and initial experience was encouraging. Was told the phone would require time to be assessed; call back received saying needed a new screen. Was told that the store had used a screen and the phone had started working but the screen was not the one they could give me; a new screen had to be called in. Estimate was provided with price match assurance - get a cheaper quote we match and give $5 back. Agreed to get the repairs progressed while looked for alternate quotes. Found cheaper quotes that they could not match let alone give $5 back. Still agreed to their last offer and asked to complete repairs. I brought my Macbook Pro in for a screen repair on the 16th of May. I was informed that they would have to ship it out which wasn't the problem. The problems arose when after about 2 weeks with no update my husband had called to check on the status of the computer because we had received no update after being told the estimated repair time would be 5-7 days. We were told there was a delay because of Covid which is understandable but the fact that we had to call the store was odd to me. (An associate had also stated they had called us with this information and had spoke to someone which is not the case, neither of our phones had any missed calls or voicemails). About a week later i had called to get an update and to make sure they had the correct phone number on file which they did. I received an update on the 4th informing me that the parts for my computer were in and that I would be getting a call when it was ready. On a whim my husband called on the 12th to see if my computer had come in was informed that it was ready. So today (June 13th) my husband goes into the location to pick up the computer and he immediately notices several scratches on the top which weren't there. He points them out and ;Zane tells him that they were already there and would not take responsibility for the new scratches and charges him full price. Upon his return to the car with my computer I inspect it and notice all of these scratches so I take it back in. Zane's first response is that they (at this location) did not cause the damage and tries to shift blame onto the workers at the facility where they shipped it. I inform him that he is still responsible for the damage and that I would not be paying full price and would like to speak to the manager. After informing me that he is the manager, I ask for the store owner because his initial response to the issue was dumbfounding.He informs me that he cannot give me that information which is fine because I already planned on calling corporate. He then refunds me 100.00 for the damage after the back and forth. Upon coming home I have noticed glue on the bottom of my computer and another scratch on the inside.
