I went originally in October due to my screen not working. Not cracked or dropped. Likely sat on it and damaged something internally per them. They said they could do a screen replacement $200. I did it. They also say they have a warranty 30-90 days. After they replaced my screen, my phone battery sucked and the phone would get so hot all of the time. Early Jan 2026, the screen got all flashy again and stopped working. They said it was a bad battery... I said did exchanging the screen negatively affect the battery. They said no just a HUGE coincidence. Odd. I explained since they replaced the screen immediately the battery got hot and died quickly. They literally charged me another $200 to replace the battery. $400 later my battery failed. I got a new phone bc they are a waste of money and clearly use bad parts. for almost $500 - you are better off getting a new phone. They rip ppl off because that is expensive fir after market parts. Also I went there after they replaced my battery in Jan explaining my battery life is not any better and my phone still gets so hot. They had no answer for that.. My phone was not cracked or dropped- all software issues. They replaced my screen in Oct then battery (ironically) took a crap then $400 later the battery failed. My phone kept turning off and on every 5 min this weekend and I did not bother going back there. Shady place. If you replaced my screen for 200 and then my battery fails shortly after- they should have applied the warranty. I got my phone looked at and even after they restarted it- it still flagging the battery in settings. DO NOT GO HERE. read more

Had my Apple Watch Series 4 for around 4+ years. Somehow managed to crack the glass. A+ fixed it in a day. Price was reasonable. Amazon sold me the glass kit for $40. Gave it to A+. Turns out the kit I bought had a flaw. Couldn't use it. They supplied the lens and charged me slightly more than the Amazon kit for the entire repair!!! 1 week later.. cracked it again. Took my phone in to have it repaired they ordered the wrong phone case, the glass has a massive glare of the front facing camera due to improper installation and the kid that works there likes to argue with people on the phone and speak to them like they're stupid. They also won't warranty the work. Waste of time and money. Cheap glass and cheap costumer service. Don't recommend this place. read more

I had a very bad experience here. I brought my phone in because the camera wasn't working. He said it could be the circuit board or the camera itself. He said he had a camera for that model and could put it on to test. He told me if it didn't work he would only charge me 30 dollars. I agreed to take a gamble. He said he can't fix circuit boards. I went home and he called me back a half-hour later. He said he had good news that the camera was working now. He said the charge would be 95 dollars. I went to the store and paid with a credit card ( thank God) and left. I tried the camera in the parking lot and got the camera failed message again. I brought it to him and let him try it and he said he couldn't believe it. He said it had been working fine. I said to him that it didn't work out and I would just pay the thirty dollars as our agreement. He said, " what about me; you just fried my camera". He said he was sorry, but I would owe him 95 dollars. I told him I was not obligated to pay that and would be filing a dispute. He then said he was going to keep my phone. I walked out. I have since filed a dispute and am considering filing a small claims for the price of a new phone I had to buy. My advice is go to an authorized service center rather than places like these. read more

Recently my father was having phone issues and was getting ready to leave for vacation. No one from Verizon could help him. In a last minute resort he took it took it to this local shop and the people here were amazing. They fixed his phone (that would not charge) and did it right on the spot. he was so happy and grateful. I brought them my Samsung Galaxy 7 that looked like a semi ran it over and they were able to salvage enough of it to allow the transfer of information to my new phone.
