Rick from RFcellcom is a great guy. Very knowledgeable, down to earth and trustworthy. I shattered my iPhone 7+, I called Rick and had an appointment scheduled within a few hours. I dropped off my phone and it was finished right on time in 30 minutes. Warranty for the screen was also included. After seeing the great job he did with my iPhone I then contacted him to replace my Touchscreen on my HP laptop which had cracked a few weeks prior. He placed the order for my new screen, called me the day it came in, I dropped off my laptop and it was completed within an hours time. Not many other local companies can pull something like that off. He said if there were any issues just to give him a call and it would be taken care of, but still no issues! I went to RF cellcom yesterday to have Rick replace my daughters phone screen on her I phone 7 plus. He did a great job and really did the repair quickly while we waited. Rick was quick to reply to my initial email asking if he could fix my broken laptop. The cover/screen had pulled apart from keyboard, all screws had falling out at the hinge and was literally hanging. I brought it by to have him look at it. He ordered the new cover right then. He let me know when the new cover had arrived, and I dropped off the laptop off. He called me 3 hours later to say it was all fixed and I could pick up. Great quick turnaround at a great cost. i brought in my iphone 7 plus that Verizon had told me i had to replace the whole phone and that the screen couldn't be replaced because i had a big chunk of my screen missing. Rick said that wasn't a problem and fixed my screen for a decent price and i was out the door in 20 minutes. Way faster than going thru my insurance thru Verizon!
