So, so grateful for this team. I dropped my phone on Tuesday in a parking garage and shattered the screen. Filed the claim Friday afternoon around 1 o'clock and by 5 PM I had a completely new screen with a cleaned out and refreshed phone and of course was able to buy the screen protector. The staff was incredibly kind and personable and kept me updated the entire time. I waited in store for about 45 minutes. The entire process was seamless and I definitely plan on coming back with other devices to get them diagnosed. The fix was free because thankfully I had insurance through Verizon, the screen protector was $25 and they brought it back to me with it already on. Super grateful for this establishment. read more

I am giving this business a high recommendation. I spent 40 minutes on the phone with a tech person at Samsung who finally gave up trying to help us enable our printer's scanner on our new laptop. So the tech finally gave me the phone number of this place on West Tennessee and told me I would have to bring the laptop in, and they would download a driver from a thumb drive. I called the store, and they said they don't really do that sort of thing, but the guy walked us through adding the driver from an HP website. He did in five minutes what the Samsung tech could not do in 40 minutes, and his kindness is very much appreciated. The gentleman that I came into contact with at this store was amazing. They were so friendly and helpful. They didn't make me feel stupid when I asked a question. They were also very patient when we were trying to access my son's phone, and we kept getting locked out. I highly recommend this store. I was even able to get their honest opinion about fixing my device vs upgrading and what brands are worth looking into. If I ever need anything fixed this will be my go to spot. I have Asurion's Home tech plus plan that covers all your home electronics for a small monthly price considering what it covers. I had contacted them directly about the screen on my son's tablet. After filing the claim they told me they weren't able to do it. I took the iPad into U break and when they were quoting me the prices, I told them about my experience. Not only did they honor the price, but they had my repair done quickly and were forthcoming about any future issues. Would definitely recommend them for any future business! read more

Do not get your iPhone screen fixed here. I have now paid to have it fixed twice, and each time afterwards the screen broke the first time it fell. I am not convinced they carry quality screens and would advise any customer to avoid. They did offer me a discounted price to fix it again, but that was a waste of money I should have spent elsewhere. read more

Brought in an iPhone with a broken screen. They fixed it in a couple of hours, no fuss. You can probably find cheaper places to get a repair done, but I doubt you'll find one as fast and convenient. A minor quibble: They informed me my phone was finished by sending a text message to my phone. I'm not sure how they expected me to see that, but when I dropped the phone off the guy at the desk said to come back at a certain time, and I did. My phone was ready for pickup. read more

I'm extremely disappointed with both their lack of integrity and skill with repairing. As a former IT worker and cellphone repair man, I only went to this location to avoid having a broken phone for weeks while I waited for the parts to arrive. During the day that the phone was in their possession, The claimed they were unable to diagnose the problem due to the phone not powering on. (This was the original issue and I suspected a bad battery or mainboard). However, when I picked up the phone, I was able to start it up. Only now the digitizer was not working. I decided to take the phone apart myself in hopes that they forgot to plug the ribbon cable back in but instead I found a ripped ribbon cable. I asked them to replace the screen they broke but they claimed it wasn't them and would not fix it. I contacted the corporate office and the owner of this business still would not cooperate. So I have opened a BBB report in hopes to settle the matter. So far I have been meet with resistance every step of escalation. A business should be held liable for damages they incur on a customer's device. I should not have to pay $70 out of my pocket to replace the screen they broke. I highly recommend you take your devices elsewhere. read more
