Great guys helped me fix my screen even after it stopped working and I was completely locked out of my phone! And I replaced my screen before from another shop near by accident nice and it felt like plastic and broke in les than a week (had that broken screen for a year and a half after paying $100 for that crap) this one feels so much more natural and not like a piece of plastic! Definitely coming back again for when my phone decides to bug up again!!

We were at dinner with family and a member of our party dropped his phone and it hit the table leg. The phone screen broke upon impact. This phone is used for work logins and business. We were at the end of a long and busy day and this was a crisis scenario. We contacted the only place that was still open and they were getting ready to close. Connor was a literal lifeline! He stayed open for us to cross town and fixed the phone within 15 minutes. Connor is an example of what outstanding service looks like. He waited for us!! Who does that anymore?? Thank you Connor! Great group of guys with superb customer service. Came to get my iPhone repaired while visiting from out of state. They fixed it in minutes providing a lifetime warranty, which is comforting- even if I don't live here lol. The store is super clean and they seem to have a good inventory of phones they resell. Store has nasty employees they lie about unlocked phones they sell fake refurbished iPhones then say it's unlocked no return policy so they gonna use warranty to keep giving u bullshit phones that don't work fuck this racist ass place read more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! My iPad screen was cracked and I paid the EXTRA fee to have it fixed. Brought it to the shop Friday for repair, was told they will call Saturday for the results of diagnosis and didn't receive any call. Called Monday afternoon, was told will call before 7PM for diagnosis; didn't receive any call, was told they were not able to fix it... there was a larger discoloration at top of the iPad and you couldn't view the picture on the iPad, the employees was like "oh sometimes that happens " and at first refused to fix it. I had several interactions with different rude associates. Tuesday afternoon, I went to the shop, there I was refused a refund and the extra money I spent to have it done prior, it took several days and we NEVER went back to this store. Unreliable, irresponsible, rude, and not efficient. I wouldn't recommend, and I wonder where they get the positive reviews... read more

This is the shop I've used for a couple years if anything happens to me or my girlfriends phone. They have decent prices and do honest work in a very quick fashion. I do highly recommend. read more

i brung my 13 pro into the store cause it was damaged real bad but remain you my phone was still active and i can still can get calls and messages so the man told me to repair my front screen was $299 and all together it came to $322 but the man NEVER SAID IF HE FIXED IT IT WOULD STOP MY NETWORK ON MY PHONE! so after i got my phone I took it to Verizon to see what they can do about it and they told me it wasn't the right SIM card for my phone!! i had someone else SIM card so that's when i came back to campus phone repair place and explained everthing Verizon told me to tell them and the guy with the glasses got very smart with me and said "well go back up there and get another SIM card cause it's not my fault" so im very UPSET THAT I WASTED MY $322 up there for them to make it seen like it was my fault. at the end of the day they lied and i highly do not recommend NOBODY TO DEAL WITH THEM!!!! read more

This is THE WORST phone, tablet and computer repair shop you could ever elect to do business with. They make money the old fashioned way, THEY STEAL IT!! I returned six, 6, times to have them simply perform the agreed repairs. The end result was my phone was never repaired, they stole parts from my phone, they never replaced my screen, which they charged me $180 for, they purposely smashed the back glass on my Note 8 and when I contacted CHRISTIAN, who represented himself to be the Owner, his exact words were, "I'M NOT GIVING YOU ANYTHING AND I'M NOT DOING SHIT FOR YOU". He then continued with, "I'M SITTING IN MY MANSION I BOUGHT WITH MONEY I STOLE FROM BROKE DICKS LIKE YOU." I am in the process of filing complaints and/or charges with The Department of Business and Professional Regulations and the Attorney General's Office of the State of Florida as well as the Better Business Burea and the Federal Trade Commission against Campus Phone Repair and Christian, the "Owner". Campus Phone Repair, it's "Owner" and employees are professional LIARS and THIEVES. Bet on it, HEAVILY!!! Before you even think of using Campus Phone Repair, drop your electronics off at the Federal Prison on Capital Circle, your property will be in much better hands. Probably shouldn't of trusted a place that advertises a sign offering 10% off of your total in return for a good review, so that's on me. I came in with a damaged MacBook Pro, I spilled coffee on it & I was told it could be fixed (it wasn't turning on). 215 dollars later, I get my MacBook back & they're like "oh yeah by the way, you can kinda see the liquid in the screen" (the whole screen looks like absolute crap, no sugar coating it) & I'm like ok whatever, I guess that's fine. Then I start trying to use my MacBook & it literally is the SLOWEST thing EVER. I mean like deaaaad slow. It has nothing to do with connection, like the cursor, typing, EVERYTHING is crazy slow. NOTHING WILL LOAD, like it is NOT WORKING. I take it back & the shop & they don't do anything about it except give me a blank stare. I would've been WAY better off just putting the money towards a refurbished MacBook, which is what I'm going to have to do, because my MacBook is NOT USABLE. Lesson learned. read more

No help at all. :( Walked in with my iPhone 7 that had a little water damage and the guy went back and forth between saying he could fix it and saying it was completely wrecked. He finally told me he could open it up and look inside and when he brought it back out it looked MORE damaged and has been working even worse. Basically, he charged $48 to wreck my phone further. I also was there for almost two hours, with only one person ahead of me. read more
