The staff was incredibly kind and personable and kept me updated the entire time. I waited in store for about 45 minutes. The entire process was seamless and I definitely plan on coming back with other devices to get them diagnosed. The fix was free because thankfully I had insurance through Verizon, the screen protector was $25 and they brought it back to me with it already on. Super grateful for this establishment.

So the tech finally gave me the phone number of this place on West Tennessee and told me I would have to bring the laptop in, and they would download a driver from a thumb drive. I called the store, and they said they don't really do that sort of thing, but the guy walked us through adding the driver from an HP website. He did in five minutes what the Samsung tech could not do in 40 minutes, and his kindness is very much appreciated.
