I'm not an idiot - I can replace coin batteries myself - this fob doesn't even need a mini screwdriver or a torx - you use a coin to snap it open, Nope - they charged me $9.99 to replace them, without my asking, for about 3 minutes work. The prices aren't any cheaper than WalMart across the street. I'm all about supporting the small business, but not when they jam me up. $38 for 4 coin batteries and two 9-volts? Next time I will get replacements from Amazon.

She just said she wasn't sure what they could do, or how much it would cost to fix it. I had a colleague bring in the monitor. She charged him $48 as a "deposit". He was told that it would go toward the price of the repair however; was NOT told that it was non-refundable, which by the way, it is. When I asked the gentleman about it the next day, his response was "I don't work for free". I guess good business practice just simply doesn't exist with this scam artist. As a business owner, if someone is unhappy with my services, I make sure they are happy. Even if I lose money in the process. The only way I'm going to establish business, is if I have the rapport with people to do so. If I have a repuation for being a rip off, I'm not going to be open for very long. I'm simply trying to save other people money here. This company wants ONLY your money, and not your business. He does NOT care about customers. He is in business for the wrong reason. In the end, he wanted to charge us $440 to repair a monitor that costs $156 new on Amazon. PLEASE, do yourself a favor and stay FAR away from this business.
