After he left, we discovered them and called the company to come treat our place. They treated our place and the worker said he found "one" bed bug. There is no such thing as one single bed bug in a location. After treatment, we also discovered other little bugs and the same worker came back to spray for those. when he came into our home, he completely ignored my boyfriend (even as my boyfriend said hello how are you ) and acted as though he didn't want to be there. We felt mistreated and a little screwed over considering the worker couldn't even find the bugs in the first place. We called the company THREE different times to request a refund or discount for how we were being treated and they have yet to call us back, each time saying their boss was in a "meeting". The new company said they would get back to me and never did. I call and spoke with Mr. Crislip who seems grouchy every time you speak with him, I could not understand at first what he said but I then realized he said his guy could not get into my house because the door was locked, when he repeated himself he was extremely rude. Well if his guy had checked the correct door he would have found it actually was unlocked. I sat there in silence because I was confused as to why he said the door was locked when I just got home and walked through the door that was unlocked! I then realize he has hung up on me! Did not even call back. Had the guy called me when he realized he could not get in I could have told him which door was left unlocked. Also I made arrangements to remove my dogs from the house for the day which was another issue. We are not regular customers but on a as needed basis. Well they just lost a customer based off of rudeness. Once I realized he hung up on me, I called someone else. A little kind customer service goes a long way.
