After I had my service I was told they don't accept the company coupons. I had just gotten a coupon in the mail the week prior for $25 off my oil change. They wouldn't accept it. So now I'm there with my service completed and I have to pay full price. 2. The guys took FOREVER to get us in and done (50min just waiting to pull in). I realized after I got in why, they tried to offer me NO JOKE... 5 different additional services and this was adding much more time to the flow of people who just want to pop in for a quick oil change. I get that you're trying to offer more services and all that but you're not an automotive repair shop and that's why people go through a quick oil change place like this... so you can get in and out without it being 90min ordeal. I will continue to go to Valvoline but definitely not this location

She was very kind and took note of what jobs I was needing done. She then passed my information to Shane, who called me back the same afternoon. He was polite, professional and when the time came, punctual. He was hired originally for a termite and well inspection due to a refinance on our home. I was so pleased with this company, I actually hired them to also begin pest control. I had my first application done last week, by Peter. He was on time, informative and delightful to speak with. I have since called the office and have spoken to Diane's daughter, Karen. She helped me get my bill paid and sent me the paid invoices within minutes. I'm a nervous person and found cockroaches in my apartment I was freaking myself out. Donna was my first point on contact she quoted me and allowed me to speak with my landlord and call back. When I called back she was on another call and another lady helped me I forget her name but she was fabulous she searched and searched for a quick appointment for me and found one. Faye called me later that day and found me an even sooner appointment same day in fact. I know that's no always possible but they made it happen for me. He checked all my cabinets, closets, under sinks, and cracks. He asked a lot of questions and really put my mind at ease.
