I said no and took it to the Honda dealer. I asked them to check that and do the alignment if indicated. They did the alignment without replacing the outer and inner tie rod. After I had my service I was told they don't accept the company coupons. I had just gotten a coupon in the mail the week prior for $25 off my oil change. They wouldn't accept it. So now I'm there with my service completed and I have to pay full price. 2. The guys took FOREVER to get us in and done (50min just waiting to pull in). I realized after I got in why, they tried to offer me NO JOKE... 5 different additional services and this was adding much more time to the flow of people who just want to pop in for a quick oil change. I get that you're trying to offer more services and all that but you're not an automotive repair shop and that's why people go through a quick oil change place like this... so you can get in and out without it being 90min ordeal. I will continue to go to Valvoline but definitely not this location

I called and paid then they tried to schedule me 2 days out but I was going to be leaving on vacation and needed to get laundry done. I can't believe they moved some things around just to accommodate my needs and were able to get me on the schedule the next day. I am so thankful and cannot express my gratitude towards the employees of this company!!! From calling and talking to the amazing ladies to the wonderful people that came out and helped us remove the birds nest and also sprayed for wasps in the other vent!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! He offered a good deal ($400 a year if pay now, $500 if pay quarterly) So I took him up on it. Ted came out and was super nice and informed and explained how the products work and assured me safe for children and pets. He sprayed inside and out and ant glue? in the cracks. He even swept the spider webs away from the front of the house. Unlimited visits included for all pests so goodbye So far so good! Ted said to give it two weeks "but probably won't take that long and call us if you need anything". Thanks Guys!

Like some of the other reviews here,…read moreI hired Total Pest Services to complete a pest inspection required by my lender before closing on a new home after the appraiser noted some possible wood-destroying insect activity in the attic. After receiving the report from Total Pest Services, which said there were no live insects, our lender noticed the inspection report failed to mention anything specifically about the attic. When we called Total Pest Services to follow-up, they said they didn't even go to the attic despite it being accessible via a staircase on the second because they might fall through the ceiling (please note, the attic is semi-finished with a wood floor, no risk of failing through). They didn't even try and assess whether the attic was accessible. We had another company go out who found obvious live wood-destroying activity in the basement, where they supposedly checked, and in the attic, where they did not check. Luckily, we found this before we closed on the new home and were able to get the sellers to pay for treatment. However, I've been entirely unsuccessful in getting Total Pest Services to refund me for their incomplete and inadequate inspection. They've stopped responding to my emails. So new home buyers, do yourself a big favor, and don't hire Total Pest Services.

She was very kind and took note of what jobs I was needing done. She then passed my information to Shane, who called me back the same afternoon. He was polite, professional and when the time came, punctual. He was hired originally for a termite and well inspection due to a refinance on our home. I was so pleased with this company, I actually hired them to also begin pest control. I had my first application done last week, by Peter. He was on time, informative and delightful to speak with. I have since called the office and have spoken to Diane's daughter, Karen. She helped me get my bill paid and sent me the paid invoices within minutes. I will absolutely continue my business with this company as long as the service remains the same!

I'm a nervous person and found cockroaches in my apartment I was freaking myself out. Donna was my first point on contact she quoted me and allowed me to speak with my landlord and call back. When I called back she was on another call and another lady helped me I forget her name but she was fabulous she searched and searched for a quick appointment for me and found one. Faye called me later that day and found me an even sooner appointment same day in fact. I know that's no always possible but they made it happen for me. Then the tech Lawrence arrived he was super informative and professional walked me through everything assured me that the problem was not as bad as I was making it out to be and took his time spraying and baiting my apartment. He checked all my cabinets, closets, under sinks, and cracks. He asked a lot of questions and really put my mind at ease. Extremely unhappy with this company. We had them perform three services totally $2,100. First to…read morespray for ants ( which reappeared two days after contract for one time spray ended) second to have a bird trapped in air vent of microwave removed and thirdly to place termite traps. Since we were spending so much money I truly couldn't afford to sign a multiple ant spraying visit contract which was $500 so I went for one time spraying. I was told if the ants reappear within 30 days they would re-spray. Well my husband had ants all over him when he was cleaning the window outside. That was two days after the 30 day period and they wanted me to pay another 100+ $ for another spray service. I was surprised that they didn't present better customer service after we spend so much money with their company. I mean really two days. Second issue the birds removal that wasn't. They came out broke the vent cover and left the birds trapped in the vent with a wire cover over the vent. I had to call them back to remove the birds again in which the further broke the vent cover. When questioned about the broken cover, " Well it was dry rotted." This looks horrible, I should have done better research because most places don't cover the vent this way. The cheap way with wire meshing. Thirdly the termite traps. Again should've done my research I am now stuck with this company and paying $300 for them "monitor" the system. Ugh!
