Wonderful customer service. Attentive and caring staff. Actual concern for patient care. I visited on Thursday, 27 June 2024 in the morning for a checkup on a certain part of my body but it turned out nothing was wrong with me. All the basic tests were done (blood pressure, pulse, plus another important test) by a nurse and then I saw the PA-C (Physician Assistant - Certified) on call (there must not have been an MD on call. The PA-C reviewed the other mayor test and told me that my body was fine. What is said say about stress and not drinking enough water can actually cause a reaction in your body. My experience here was amazing compared to the Lakewood Urgent Care. The young lady at the front desk greeted me then checked me in which was a smooth process because I have been to Cleveland Clinic in the past. I waited less than 5 minutes and a nurse assisted me by taking my important vitals (weight, blood pressure, pulse, and another test that will remain nameless due to privacy health reasons. I forgot her name but she is a Serbian lady who was very professional and nice. Finally, I saw the PA-C who reviewer everything that the nurse went over and it turns out that nothing is wrong with me. I'm healthy but I came to Urgent Care because I felt something was off with my body. The PA-C gave me things to do in that week to follow and sent me on my way. I did not need any medication. Took about a half hour to be seen which was fine and it was given to me by one of the nurses. She was very nice and I thought she did a good job however now it's been about 3.5 weeks since the shot and I still have about a quarter size circle of discoloration at the injection site and a decent size lump in my arm that seems to not be going away. At a recent doctor appt that was unrelated I asked the doc about it and she said that it was given incorrectly. The shot given to me was about halfway down my upper arm and not in the muscle when it is supposed to be higher and in the Deltoid muscle. The doc said I will probably now have this lump and discoloration for a couple months.

If, after they run my insurance, they feel I owe them money, send me an invoice by mail! In essence, if your card is on file, they will probably charge you what they think you owe them, even BEFORE you've had the chance to dispute any billing charges with them, or your insurance company! They said I did not have strep, the rapid test was negative. They did not send it out for a culture. I was told it must be viral and probably just congestion. I went to see my doctor the next day, who took one look at my throat and said I had strep, start on antibiotics immediately. Sent culture away to confirm, and of course it was strep.
