As the project designer, she did not seem to care about the final product. We have a simple galley kitchen. The cabinets were mis-measured and she didnt follow through thus blaming it on our "Samsung" refridgerator. There was a lot of denial on her part and I'm not sure why or how she is in business.

We were hesitant hiring someone to help us with our bathroom remodel, mainly because we thought we…read morewould get someone inexperienced that just wanted to talk about "colors and themes." I cannot even begin to tell you the depth of Toni's expertise, experience and knowledge. She literally planned out for us a bathroom remodel that included replacing walls, electrical wiring, new in-ceiling lighting, new plumbing, fixtures and everything you could imagine in between. Seriously, "colors and themes" was dealt with as one would expect, but we were blown away by how she single-handedly planned out major construction issues. I won't lie, we are still in shock at how Toni not only planned out all major details of this large construction project, but did all the work getting extremely qualified workers to get it all done. We literally sat back and watched everything unfold, comfortable knowing this was in good hands. The number of people she organized, kept on schedule, and followed up on was quite staggering. She brought us shopping to businesses that don't even deal with retail customers, she made suggestions, and personally walked us through every detail of this project. Her lists of contacts is amazingly extensive. I believe she is considered an "Interior Decorator," but she is much more than that, because there is no way in heaven that title could possibly encompass the skills and knowledge she possesses. The most important thing she did was listen to what we wanted. The rare times we didn't take her suggestion on something, she deftly pivoted from her original suggestion to what she learned from our words, desires, and even our facial expressions. There are three adults in our home, and each of us have slightly different visions. Yet, somehow, in the end, she managed to find consensus where none previously existed. That in itself should tell you how intelligent and insightful Toni is. She did such an amazing job with our bathroom, that we hired her for our stair remodel, new floors upstairs, and likely our kitchen when that time comes. If you have any kind of home project that you need done, you should go with Toni if you want it done perfect, because I think "perfect" is the only way that Toni does things. While this is completely unrelated to our construction project, Toni is personable, witty, likable, and one of the nicest people you will ever meet. Let me sum up with this: Toni was absolutely NOT what we expected, and that is by far the best thing that could have happened to us.

We have been…read moreworking with Rebecca and Leah for the past two years (we took a break in between phases) and we finally completed our entire remodel. During our first phase we did both bathrooms and our kitchen. You can see the professional photos of the first phase of our remodel here: https://rwarddesign.com/portfolio/light-filled-luxury/ It was really great to work with Rebecca. My wife and I were impressed with how quickly Rebecca learned our tastes and when we decided to do the second phase, which included all new furniture, everything that Rebecca picked out was perfect-the first time. We really appreciated that Rebecca worked hard to make sure that our home looked awesome but reflected our style, not what she thought our style should be. We had a couple of furniture pieces that were passed down from my mother and grandmother that we wanted to keep. The style did not fit with our new space but Rebecca had them refinished with a more modern look that worked perfectly with our new furniture. We have been continually amazed at the Rebecca Ward Design team's ability to design spaces that we absolutely love. We bought our home in 1998 and raised both of our boys in this home and our original design was definitely utilitarian. We told Rebecca that we were ready for a "grownups" home and what she designed is both beautiful and super cozy. There isn't anything we would change-from the flooring, to the furniture, to the fixtures, to the paint colors, to the accessories. We love it all. Thanks Rebecca and Leah!

They listened to my needs and were amazing at giving me different choices and at times making changes to the plan to suit my taste. I was astonished at how Rebecca was able to integrate my great Grandmother's Asian table into the scheme as it has tremendous sentimental value to me. They asked what my budget was and they stayed within that budget. Everyone who walks into my home now are truly amazed and shocked at the transformation. Both of these designers are professional but personable too. I truly miss seeing their smiling faces once the process was finished. I would say that staging day was my favorite as they come in with all kinds of accessories that bring each room to life. I would not hesitate to hire them for another project. You won't be disappointed and you'll be as pleased as I was when it's all complete. Please realize these photos were taken with my phone camera, so definitely not professional photos. Much prettier in person. Update 5-1-18 Rebecca had been searching for the perfect abstract painting to go over my silver mirrored Buffett. It arrived today and we truly love it!

They brought me into their showroom where they showed me a virtual design of my room and worked with me, showing me different options that were available to me and allowing me to tweet the design to my liking. They also have a fair amount of selection of plumbing fixtures, flooring, sinks, cabinets, etc. DR Design did a fairly good job quality wise, if I had to nitpick the tile floor and some of the grout was a little subpar in that the spacing on the grout isn't even and the floor tiles don't feel great under your feet. I did have a couple of small issues to which they came back and repaired without issue.

Overall, everyone from Nicole on down was stellar, and a pleasure to work with, with two notable exceptions. Admittedly, my bathroom was in horrible condition. The latest development is that the caulking is failing at the base of the 'Best Bath.' -The lighting was supposed to be better than what I had. The new lighting is dimmer. -Change order not approved by me before whatever modifications were made to the medicine cabinet. Is that even legal? It HAD to be a way to make a couple hundred extra dollars on my project. -A refund for a nominal amount, for something I was overcharged for, was promised to me on the day the final work was completed. I did say no no no thats ok. I mean, I never say no to a refund. But I did, partly because it was an insignificant amount when paying tens of thousands of dollars. But mostly, I knew Robert would forget anyway. He was so insistent. My hunch was correct, he forgot. -The last screw for the robe hook was missing for weeks. Chris spent an hour, no exaggeration, trying to screw one screw in. He went to his car three times, and I had to call him back in each time to tell him it was still loose. Luckily, he hadn't left. -The countertop. All I'll say is the next time I'll pick out the slab, instead of looking at a small sample. - Caulking failure, described above. Should caulking fail in less than three months? I have a hallway bathroom, and a kitchen that are due to be gutted. I had hoped to continue a working relationship with DR Design. Time to look on YELP for a different contractor. **** I want to correct a statement from the business owner Debbie P... I received a change order in the app for the medicine cabinet modification. Alarmed, since I'm on-site, and available to speak to I went into the bathroom to talk to the installers, and they stated they had already modified the medicine cabinet. I then called Robert, not the other way around. Robert apologized for not speaking to me before the modification was made. No conversation took place beforehand and no signature. Surely, not legal, good thing I'm not litigious. Its also notable that only a few of the items I described in my review were addressed by the business owner, no mention of the refund. Are our projects audited internally?

He was incredibly attentive, super knowledgeable, and had an amazing eye for exactly what would make our house shine and sell fast. Jeff's suggestions were spot-on and really brought out the best in every room - our home went from "nice" to "wow, I want to live here!" in no time. He was the ultimate professional: friendly, flexible, and always quick to respond. No request was too big or too small - he made the whole staging process feel effortless and even fun! Thanks to Jeff and the Mint team, our house looked absolutely stunning and stood out in a competitive market. We received an offer within just 3 days of listing, and I truly believe the staging was instrumental in that quick win. We couldn't be happier with the results! If you're selling in the area, do yourself a huge favor and book Mint Home Staging right away. You'll be thrilled you did! Highly, Highly Recommend!
