"Quick" does not belong in the title of this service. They show no consideration for your time. Even though I was the only person in the waiting room, it took them over 50 minutes to treat me. I should have expected the worst from the hospital whose highest-paid surgeon - Dr. Patrick William Hitchon, intentionally paralyzed me when I was just 18 years old. Urgent care called 5 mins before I was leaving for my appointment and canceled. Schedulers excuse was that they have 2 schedulers for 10 Doctors. That's the reason she didn't care. Not helpful on rescheduling. On hold for 40 minutes.. completely ruined my day off and didn't get my appointment rescheduled. I went to the Clinic very last minute and they were more than accommodating, especially given all of the Covid-19 testing they are also responsible for. The receptionist, nurses, and PA were all beyond kind and very informative. They took excellent care of me. read more

Medical team for the most part is professional and polite but the office as a whole is extremely unorganized. Patients should be warned of before they have an hour wait instead of "they will be in shortly". An efficient office clearly is lacking and with the many poor reviews they have received over the years, action should be taken. read more

Everyone I know has had a bad experience at UI quickcare. I specifically went there because I had been extremely sick for a few days. The nurses only tested me for strep; then when the results showed up negative, they told me I just had the flu. Another week past by and luckily I was back in my hometown so I visited the doctor there (NOT UI health care). It turned out that I had a sinus infection that had be festering for well over a week. Immediately after I visited the second doctor, they gave me antibiotics and I felt better almost instantly. I am extremely frustrated that if the nurses and doctors had caught this earlier, I would have not gone through hell for as long as I did. It was probably the most sick I had ever felt in my life. I lost 12 lbs in one week! I can't believe what they did to me. I went in to get my back looked at because it hurt. i put down that my main complaint was my back. They Made me wait and then an hour later they had me come back. I waited another half hour and they came in and told me they couldnt help me with my back. They should have said right away that they can't give steroids or do anything to help with an injury. They probably billed the medicare and medicaid though and charged for an hour and a half. read more

I couldn't agree more with the other review. I just went in two days ago and the nurse (there are no actual doctors here) accused me of making my illness up. She said I look and sound 100% healthy. I was so fed up because I knew I wasn't healthy, I drove two hours back to my hometown to see my normal Doctor (he actually has a degree unlike the people at Quickcare). He evaluated me and I have Tracheobronchitis. Need I remind you the nurse at Quickcare said my lungs sound really good and clear THAT SAME DAY. This place loves misdiagnosing you and avoiding medicine at all cost. COMPLETE waste of my time. read more

Absolute WORST healthcare place I've ever been to! I've been there 3x in my life and they have misdiagnosed me every single time. There's only physician assistants, nurse practitioners and nurses. It's not even a quick fix, since you'll probably have to get a second opinion later because they didn't give you medicine or tell you what you really have. The PA told me that their goal is to rarely prescribe antibiotics or medicine to patients. I came in with a sinus infection (verified by another doctor's office) they told me it was a common cold. This was after I had a fever for about 2 days. I came here a different time with a physical injury, I explained how I got it, and they told me it was shingles. I had NONE of the symptoms of shingles. NONE OF THE SYMPTOMS. I tried to dispute the diagnosis and they dismissed me like I didn't know anything. After making an appointment somewhere else the MD said "I don't know why they would say it's shingles". One time I went and they sent me the bill, after I paid it they still kept sending me the bill. They are the worst healthcare clinic I've ever been to that keeps asking for money. I would NEVER take anyone I know here, it's a waste of money, chances are you'll get misdiagnosed and you'll have to make a doctors appointment at a clinic. Do NOT come here! read more

My PA was very gracious and kind. She explained the entire process to me and took the time necessary to answer all of my questions, even though it was after the time the clinic closed. I'm entirely confident the diagnosis is correct and all the tests they decided to run were necessary. Maybe they've made some changes from the time the last reviewers were patients, because my experience was (fortunately) entirely different. I wish they had slightly longer evening hours, but they're consistent with all the other clinics in the area, so I can't complain too much. read more
