We have a peeing-chihuahua problem that Luis was able to mostly mitigate. One area rug doesn't pass the sniff test-- too much even for a pro. The rest of the house he was able to show us the problem spots with some little gadget that identifies pee and he specifically treated those spots with some commercial enzyme treatment and what a difference that made! We thought our house was horrible but he said some of the homes he goes into are WAY worse! He was knowledgeable and personable and scheduling was a breeze. Little snafu with originally scheduled tech, so Luis filled in. We will keep him on speed dial!! read more

FYI for anyone with allergies, asthma or eczema, my son's allergist said that Steam Cleaning is much more healthy than Chem-Dry when choosing a carpet cleaning method. read more

UJ Brothers was able to come and do a move out carpet clean with less then a weeks notice. They quoted the job over the phone, and honored the quote, even when the house was bigger (and probably dirtier!) than expected. My daughter was present and paid them when the job was done and told me they had done an awesome job and "they should have charged double for the job they did"! She was absolutely correct! My 15 well trod and very dirty stairs were spotless - I could not believe it! We have two dogs, but you would never know it! The carpet, which I've hated the whole time we lived there, looked new, and I actually saw the real color for the first time. It absolutely looked better then when we moved in! There were some stains that I could never get out, even though I tried like crazy with my Bissell. Gone! They were respectful, kept me informed of a 20 minute delay in arrival, and did this fantastic job on a house with four bedrooms, large living and family room, and those ugly 15 steps in about four hours.
